Missouri Manglers 114
West Texas Mustangs 83
The Manglers beat the Mustangs this week by 31. Jeff
Garcia led all scorers for the Manglers with 46 points.
He got some help from the Saints' DS who scored 31.
The Mustangs' leading scorer was Doug Flutie with 25
points. The Manglers move up to 6-3, while the
Mustangs slide to 3-6.
Meek Boys 174
Yukon Jacks 67
The Meeks get another 100+ point victory this week over
the hapless Jacks. All the Meeks except for Bill
Schroeder scored in double digits. Their leaders were
Peyton Manning with 45 points, Marshall Faulk with 43,
and the Tampa DS with 24. Trent Green led the Jacks
with 41 points. The Meeks move up to 8-1, while the
Jacks fall to 2-7.
Butchers 101
Bemee Gizzards 83
The Butchers upset the Gizzards this week to win by 18.
The Butchers had an outstanding performance from Shaun
King with 50 points to lead all scorers. Edgerrin
James was tops for the Gizzards with 25. The Butchers
improve to 3-6, while the Gizzards slip to 4-5.
McKamikaze Highlanders 157
Mark's Mules 86
The Highlanders got back on the winning track this week,
beating the Mules by 71. All their players scored in
double digits as well, except for Jacquez Green. They
were led by Vinny Testaverde with 39 points, Terrell
Owens with 35, and Amani Toomer with 22. The Mules were
led by the Steelers' DS with 21 points. The Highlanders
move up to 7-2, and the Mules fall to 2-7.
Pigskin Pipsqueaks 125
American Looney 92
The Pips keep pace with the Highlanders in the Lombardi
Division, winning their game by 33 over the Loons. The
Dolphins' DS led the Pips with 24 points. Sebastian
Janikowski had 23 more in support. The Titans' DS led
all scorers with 36 for the Loons, and Steve Beuerlein
kicked in 20 more. The Pips move up to 6-3, while the
Loons slide to 3-6.
Outlanders 155
Dawgs 128
The Outlanders beat the Dawgs this week by 27. Derrick
Alexander was tops for all scorers with 44 points for
the Outlanders. They also got 39 from Daunte Culpepper
and 21 from Martin Gramatica. Donovan McNabb, Ricky
Williams, and Corey Dillon each had 22 for the Dawgs.
The Outlanders remain tied with the Manglers at 6-3, and
the Dawgs fall to 4-5.
