Electron Bowl Score

Mark's Mules 159
Cheeseheads 112

Unfortunately for the Cheeseheads, Cinderella wasn't wearing
a cheese-head... she was a jackass. The fourth-seeded Mules
led pretty much from start to finish and executed a well-
balanced attack to lead them to victory. They had four
players in the 25+ range: Shawn Alexander (31), Atlanta
Defense (29), Rich Gannon (27), and Anthony Thomas (25). The
Cheeseheads had the game's leading scorer in Kerry Collins
with 41 points, but Bill Schroeder's 22 points led the
remainder of a lackluster effort. The Mules' victory also
gives them their fourth championship in the last five years.

Playoff Week #2 Scores

Mark's Mules (4) 128
Meek Boys (1) 120

The Mules squeaked out a very close win over the Meeks in
the semi-finals, and they'll be heading off to Electron
Bowl XII this week. The Mules were led by Rich Gannon
with 41 points. They also got 22 from Keenan McCardell
and 21 from the Atlanta defense. Marshall Faulk led all
scorers with 43 for the Meeks. They got 26 from Peyton
Manning and 25 from the Tampa defense, but a pair of
zeroes brings them up short for a return trip to the
big game.

Cheeseheads (7) 126
Dawgs (3) 60

Cinderella's wearing a block of cheese, baby! The 'Heads
demolished the Dawgs in the semis this week. Kerry Collins
passed for 41 points to lead all scorers for the Cheeseheads.
Curtis Conway had another 25, and Green Bay's defense added
22 for the Cheeseheads. Aaron Brooks led all scorers for
the Dawgs with 19 points.

Playoff Week #1 Scores

Mark's Mules (4) 114
Outlanders (5) 70

The Mules beat the Outlanders in a clash of Halas Division
rivals. The Mules were led by Dominic Rhodes with 31
points. They also got 29 each from Rich Gannon and Shaun
Alexander. The Outlanders were led by Stacey Mack with 26
points. The Outlanders also got 22 from Martin Gramatica.

Cheeseheads (7) 116
Missouri Manglers (2) 74

In a big upset, the Cheeseheads upended the second-ranked
Manglers to move on to the semi-finals. The 'Heads got 38
each from Kerry Collins and the Green Bay defense to lead
all scorers. Antowain Smith got 25 for the Manglers.

Dawgs (3) 101
West Texas Mustangs (6) 96

In the closest game of the week, the Dawgs edged the 'Nags.
The Dawgs got 39 from Aaron Brooks and 32 from the Pittsburgh
defense to lead the way to the semis. The Mustangs could
only muster 24 out of Steve McNair.

Meek Boys (1) 173
McKamikaze Highlanders (8) 134

I suppose I really knew it was over when I saw the result
of the NO-TB game and the TD's that those guys scored, but
it was really over when I saw Faulk's game on Sunday.
Marshall got 53 for the Meeks to lead the way home. They
also got 31 from Tampa, 29 from Peyton Manning and another
25 from Marvin Harrison. The Highlanders got 36 from the
Baltimore defense to lead their teams. They also got 31
from Kurt Warner.
