Week 3 Scores

Week #3 (Divisional)

 Meek Boys 110
 Bemay Gizzards 61

After last week's effort, it's hard to think of 110 points being
"sub-par", but even their sub-par efforts get wins. The Meeks got 36
from Marshall Faulk and 31 from Peyton Manning for the win. The Gizzards
had 21 from late substitute Chris Weinke in the loss.

 Outlanders 98
 Mark's Mules 84

It was a battle of supporting teammates this week, and the Outlanders won
out. The Outlanders got 44 from Daunte Culpepper and had 3 more guys with
10+. The Mules got 45 from Rich Gannon, but only had 2 guys at 10+.
 Better luck next time.

 Pigskin Pipsqueaks 111
 Dawgs 105

And no, this isn't the closest game of the week either. The Pips went in
with a solid 111 points (46 from Brett Favre), and they had to watch and
wait while the 49ers ran roughshod over the Jets. Unfortunately, Kevan
Barlow didn't get enough for the Dawgs, though they did get 37 from the
Raiders' defense and 31 from Donovan McNabb.

 Mustangs 126
 American Looney 87

If Mark Brunell had been in the whole game for the Loons, this one
probably would've been closer. As it was, they only got 33 from LaDainian
Tomlinson which was unfortunate. The Mustangs got 32 from the Eagles'
defense, 27 from Jay Fiedler, and another 20 from Curtis Martin in the
 win.

 Butchers 89
 Missouri Manglers 70

In a low-scoring game, the Butchers got by the Manglers. The Butchers had
a pair of 24-point efforts from Brian Griese and the St. Louis defense.
Jeff Garcia and Jose Cortez each had 19 for the Manglers.

 Cheeseheads 155
 McKamikaze Highlanders 151 (OT)

In a rare overtime contest, the Cheeseheads edged the Highlanders by 4
points. The Highlanders knotted the score at 120 after regulation with 10
points from Terrell Owens last night. The edge came from Jason Elam over
the Jets' defense, as each team got 22 from its spare QB and nothing from
 the other guy.
