Icarus Idea came from lyrics that Icka put on "Fallen". The story of Icarus, who flew too close to the sun with wax-held wings, which melted and he plunged into the sea and died. Don't know why I got the idea to put Kaito there... Yes, this is right side up! ARGH! It's WATER!!! It looks better on paper, really.

Light Admist Darkness Kaito -- in complete and utter darkness -- with something shiny in his hand. I have no idea what the shiny thing is. Lots of work went into this; i colored all the black parts you see here in pencil! Then I had to recolor the dark parts on photopaint (why photopaint? because I suck so much that I don't even have photoshop, that's why). But lots of pencil work involved here.

'Phantom' thief Happy Halloween!!! Here's a piccy for y'all -- took me some time to work on it, but turned out okay. Watching 'Spirited Away' and reading 'Omake: Grace' one too many times did this to me @_@ No, I did NOT draw the city. I'm not that good yet.

Windfall For Ysabet's 'Windfall'. A title pic of sorts. With everyone under the age of 18 -- even Spot. Started out really simple, and just kinda... grew. Yes, that is a moon-monocle. And I have no idea where the rose and the transforming petals and dove came from. It just IS.

Moonlight Kaitou Kid sitting on the edge of a building looking slightly melancholy. Top hat is off. I do NOT like top hats. I like Kid. Done in pencil -- like the moon?

Group Shot The 5 geniuses (includes Shiho) with their girlfriends (Kaito, Shinichi, Heiji and Saguru protest) and any other forms they have (Conan, Ai, Kid, etc.) Everyone here having fun (except Saguru, who NEVER has fun, and Akako, who's after Kid.), even Ai and Shiho are smiling (if not a little sadly). Loqi's in love with this pic... Done at 12:30. >_< Looks better in the paper, i swear! scanner's just mean...

Dragon Knight Heiji This baby's my pride and joy *sniff* I spent HOURS on this oekaki, done online and with a MOUSE, not a tablet. Was meaning to do another 3 of the other 3 geniuses in the same dragon thingy, but the oekaki board's screwed up and I'm too busy to spend another couple of hours on te computer drawing a single pic. But really, I love this Heiji pic -- the outfit was pre-designed with the dragon figurine on the sword painstakingly drawn in utmost detail, and I'm not going to mention how hard it is to draw metal on an oekaki board, ooooh no. Love the colours too -- red, yellow and gold. I'm so proud! *sniffle*

Murder of Crows Yes, it's a horrid pun, so sue me. For those of you who don't know, a large number of crows is called a 'murder'. Thus, a connection was instantly made to out lil' Conan-kun, of which death follows (as Icka says) 'like a lost puppy'. Which is so true. Those are crows in the background, done with a sharpie pen and pencil on lined paper. Inspired (ah, inspiration, when have I seen you last? It seems so long...) by the GIANT murder of crows that are lingering around the tall trees when I'm walking to the office -- it's freaky, like the movie 'The Birds' *shudder* And I mean a MASSIVE murder... of crows. Yeah. *shiver*

Purple Haze A request from my good friend and schoolmate Loquacious (or Loqi). Last year I painstakingly organized and put up all the conan pictures in her locker from the pics she printed out taken from the net, and I arranged them all to take up the entire space -- then drew a pic of all 5-but-technically-4 genius detectives. This year is no differnt. All the DC pics from screencaps and calender pics and whatnot I arranged on her locker with magnets, and then took up the request to draw another 5 geniuses pic. Chose purple haze idea becase a) Loqi likes purple, and b) I felt like it. In pencil crayons and with a Kaito bias ^_^

Sad Rain I am not authorized to tell you about the part of the fic this pic is for, but when the chapter is out, then you shall know. Of kaito, still wearing his kiddy suit, standing sadly in the rain. Lyrics added for effect, and 'cause I felt like it. I thought they fit. I do that sometimes. Pencil, and turned blue on the com (for that sad feel). I really like this one... Kaito looks heartbroken...

Hakuba Lyrics An oekaki I doodled with the lyrics of 'Stars' from the musical 'Les Miserables' in the background -- I typed them each out by hand *sob* This was durning my lil' sudden liking for Broadway Musicals, and I thought the lyrics in this song just fit Saguru-head. They do. Really.

Blue Rose Now for some oldies! I'm amazed at myself that I forgot to put this one up! *smacks self* Was a pretty good pic too -- Kaito and Aoko in the blue, with red roses. My friend couldn't believe I drew this on an oekaki. Like how the roses turned out.

Preparation Another old, simple, but still kawaii pic of Kaito. He's dressing up (tying his tie actually) for Kid. Incredibly simple and 2D, but that's what make it so cute. That, AND the adorable expression on his face! *GLOMP*

Shadow Knight AK! I nearly forgot I HAD this pic! *bangs head on table* Just a small pic of Kaito dressed as a black knight, but Loqi said I should put it up. So here it is, nothing extraordinarily fancy, but heck.

White Kaito Plenty of black winged Kaito pics, so I decided to do one of him as a white demon (but there's also some black feathers floating downwards too ^_^) Glowy kind of look due to a dark background. He looks kinda depressed... Hm.

Edelweiss Rewatched 'Sound of Music' again when I was bored. Drew this oekaki thinking of the song 'edelweiss'. Love Eversummer Eve, and trying to learn that flowy line thing on the title pages (go there, folks, she's pretty damned good. And that's coming from me). Done with mouse.

Winter Aoko Was going to do one of these for all the MK people (Kaito, Aoko, Sauguru-head, Akako), but only got to finish Aoko and Saguru. Neko Kaito Nyu! Kitty Kaito on oekaki ^_^ Now wouldn't he be a bizarre cat? Scared silly of fish and trains doves *grin* Kitty colours based on Bridget's fanpic of Kitty Kid. Wanted to make a 'warm' oekaki for once -- all sorts of browny colours. So kawaii!

Angel Kaito and Aoko Mmm... really like this one... Kaito with black wings being hugged by Aoko with white (blue?) wings. Looks like a sad, reassuring hug to me. Look at the wings -- each feather was painstakingly drawn *cry* Especially on Kaito's wings, 'cause they're dark. Meant to colour the clothes he was wearing black too, but never really got to it *sweatdrop*

Demon Kaito and Akako A companion pic to the above, with Akako trying to seduce Kaito as always, but our lil' thiefie isn't interested. To be completely honest, I'm very fond of Kaito/Akako interaction, really (please don't kill meeee!). Akako and Kaito both being magical people (Kid's magic is reeeeeal!) could be allies. But I still support Kaito and Aoko, really! Don't believe me? Look in Kaito's left hand -- guess who that belongs to *coughpreviouspicturecough*

Black Sheep Chinese New Year pic! Decided to do Kaito as a black sheep, because technically, amongst the other geniuses, he is. Refrained from doing a pic of Kaito kicking out Hakuba (year of the horse) Was incredibly freaked out when I finished drawing this pic -- looked so much like Gosho-sama's style it scared me. Look for yourself. However, not sure if it was a fluke (it probably was) so don't except lots of this. The patch on his right leg is Chinese for 'sheep', and the one on the left is 'fortune', put upside down, because in Chinese, the phrase "your 'fortune' is upside down' sounds the same as "your fortune has arrived'. Opposites not a supporter of Black/White, but I couldn't resist. Rather old pic I kinda forgot about actually -- quality of picture not incredibly good though T_T I see Saguru-head and Kaito as complete opposites, even in name, so I wanted a pic that kinda showed it. Kaito, coloured in red, and in a pose I've always wanted to draw him in, with Saguru, in blue, looking rather bored. Chaos and order and all that. Raaah. Yes, I am aware that it is ORANGE that is the opposite of blue, but I refuse to colour Kaito in it seeing how it is not one of my favourite colours to draw in. Besides, red is just so much more lively in my opinion.

Subconcious when I am sick, I have no idea what I'm doing when I draw stuff. Finished this pic, took a good stare at it, and had no idea why Kaito was underwater. Yes, once again, that is water! I suck at water *smack forehead* So, I just decided that this was about Kaito submerging into his subconcious mind, and left it at that. Has a lil' bit of colour.

Valentine Group I've been working on this pic for a very long time -- turned out very differently than I expected it to, but it's still pretty good ^_^ Used warm reddish colours to make it look... warm. Yeaah, that's the word. Heiji's hat and their eyes are still the original colour though. Believe it or not, is actually based on a SM pic I saw once, and I thought it fit well for Valentine's. It has all the teenage couples, AND contains my first attempt at Makoto and Keiko. Watson, a dove and an eyebot (vol 2) are also present ^_~ Coloured with pencil crayons after being outlined with a 0.3 fineliner (thanks for giving it to me, zombie goose!). Also -- NO, Ran is not getting married... I just like roses.
