GREEN PEPPERS STUFFED WITH MEAT
ingredients
4 large green peppers
25g. tomato paste
salt and pepper
50g.grated cheese
clove of garlic
75g. chopped onions
chopped parsley
400g minced meat
2 eggs
olive oil
Cut off the top of each pepper and remove all the seeds. Use the same method as in stuffed marrows. When ready, bake in a moderate oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
