  • GREEN PEPPERS STUFFED WITH MEAT



  • ingredients
  • 4 large green peppers
    25g. tomato paste
    salt and pepper
    50g.grated cheese
    clove of garlic
    75g. chopped onions
    chopped parsley
    400g minced meat
    2 eggs
    olive oil


    Cut off the top of each pepper and remove all the seeds. Use the same method as in stuffed marrows. When ready, bake in a moderate oven for 40 to 50 minutes.



    Stuffed Morrows

    1kg long marrows
    600g minced meat
    1kg potatoes
    1 onions
    50g. grated cheese
    25g tomato paste
    clove of garlic
    chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    olive oil

  • Cut the marrows into pieces about 10cm long. Scoop and use same method as in Stuffed Marrows with Meat.
