Emory Virginia Depot on the Norfolk Southern line heading north on an excursion By the Watauga Valley Chapter of the NRHS with Amtrak motive power and Amtrak Coaches and several private and chapter cars to Radford Vriginia

The Abingdon Frieght Station now used as an Art Studio and Display.The Depot is in the background and is used at present as the Police Station.In the near future they will be moving to a new building and what its future hold may depend if passager service is returned.There seems to be a good chance of this happening to Richmond Va.and Washington DC.
