Yellow Jacket X-C Results Opponents: Piedmont, Salesians and Hercules
Ed Sias Invitational: Hidden Valley Park in Martinez, CA Saturday September 13, 2003.
Course Description: 2.05 miles on grass, dirt, and asphalt in Hidden Valley Park. The race starts up hill and
quickly narrows to the width of a dirt road. The big races made it important to get out,
and out of trouble so you did not get caught in a crowd.

The BHS Cross Country Team started its season in the HOT weather at Hidden Valley Park. Not every one competed but those who did represented very well. Many new runners had great first races. The Boys Varsity team tied San Ramon Valley(one of the top teams in the state). This is only the first meet. You will only see improvement from here on. Keep up the training and supporting one another. GO JACKETS!
