I need to f***ing get out more dammit! All I do is wake up, go to work, come home, eat, bum around, maybe write a letter to grant or tanya, sleep and then start the whole nasty process over again. I need a life. I haven't even been studying for the GRE like I'm supposed to be. Last weekend, the only times I went out of the house were to do laundry and to do grocery shopping. Oh, and we ate at Lily's house too but that doesn't really count. I think this weekend I should really make a conscious effort to go out and do something productive...and if not productive then maybe at least a little fun. Any ideas? Perhaps I'll go shopping, even though I have no money and I'll be in the red for about another 2 months. I'm also seriously considering going to Golden Gate Park cuz I've never been, but it would surely suck to go alone...sigh. oh wells.
Anyway, I put in my vacation request yesterday. If all goes well, I'll be on a plane back home on Thanksgiving and will be home in time to meet Grant's family as well as eat the dinner mommy is getting catered from Sam Choy's. Oh please let me go!! I would be so devastated if I couldn't go. That will be 4 months of not seeing my sweetie =( But even if I do go, I'll still be here ALL ALONE on Christmas, the one holiday that means the world to me familywise. It will be my first...and hopefully last...Chirstmas away from my family and the first time I will not be going to our family gathering. I'm gonna miss the grabbag game and seeing ALL the family (its the only time everyone actually is together). Oh well...Thanksgiving is better than nothing and I'll get to spend all my time with Grant. I can't wait! =)

Aunty Helen died this morning. I feel so bad for Haili who lives up here in the Bay Area. Her mom just died in April and now her grandmother dies just 5 months later.
