ASSESSMENT. The Municipal Working Groups of Almeria and Kawayan take a breather during the Post-Activity Assessment of the Good Barangay Governance and Know-Your-Candidates Fora conducted in different barangays of the two municipalities before the July 15 elections. The assessment activity was conducted in Barangay Masagongsong, Kawayan, on July 27, 2002.
