Billie Dee's Electronic Poetry Anthology An ongoing project and integral component of this website. Here are the (mostly) contemporary poems that have enlightened, inspired, even disturbed me -- the ones that kept me awake all night. Includes a comprehensive list of other poetry anthologies. Frequently updated. The Contemporary American Poetry Archive (CAPA) An electronic archive designed to make out-of-print volumes of poetry available to readers, scholars, and researchers. The books are stored as individual text-only files accessible via the www. Of special note is Al Zolynas, Under Ideal Conditions. This site is provided with the support of the Connecticut College Department of English and the Connecticut College Libraries. A Celebration of Women Writers This is an extensive compilation of links to biographies, online books and annotations about women writers. Although the emphasis is currently on Western Europeans and Americans, this ambitious project seeks to cover women in literature world-wide and throughout history. (really!) A work-in-progress, CWW solicits viewers' link contributions and critical commentary. They are also searching for rare and out-of-print books for the online archives.
