2. READ THE “SELF MATTERS” HAND OUT. RECOGNIZE WE EACH INCLUDING YOU HAVE AN “AUTHENTIC SELF” THE PERSON YOU WERE MEANT TO BE.

3. CHECK YOURSELF ON WHEN A NEGATIVE EMOTION GETS OUT OF CONTROL. PRACTICE THE 4 STEPS.      

4. PLACE A COPY IN YOUR PURSE OR BILL FOLD. READ IT EVERY TIME YOU SEE IT !

5. CHECK THE RECOMMENDED READING LIST AND CHOOSE A BOOK TO READ, ESPECIALLY SELF MATTERS.
