1. Recognize what a marvelous and awesome organism you are. Read the handout “Perfect Organism” several times.

 

2. Structure time for yourself. Vital in changing your self-esteem. You have value and are worth it !!

 

3. Practice the three affirmations assigned as explained below (^) every day and it will become a part of your self-image. Your subconscious will see to that just for the asking.  Watch for the changes in your feelings about yourself.

 

4. Read the Preview of Session III.  Practice writing an affirmation.

 

(^)1. Read them several times a day. Say 5-20 times.

     2. Visualize them vividly. I put myself in the picture.  I see myself like that.

     3. Get the feeling. Create the emotion that accompany the picture.  That is how I feel.
