2. Structure time for
yourself. Vital in changing your self-esteem. You have value and are worth it

3. Practice the three
affirmations assigned as explained below (^) every day and it will become a
part of your self-image. Your subconscious will see to that just for the
asking. Watch for the changes in your
feelings about yourself.
4. Read the Preview of
Session III. Practice writing an
affirmation.

times a day. Say 5-20 times.
2. Visualize them vividly. I put myself
in the picture. I see myself like that.
3. Get the feeling. Create the emotion
that accompany the picture. That is how
I feel.
