I AM A WARM AND LOVING PERSON WITH A STRONG CENTER. WHEN I AM CRITICIZED OR REJECTED I CAN EVALUATE IT ON ITS MERITS, KNOWING THAT THOSE WHO REJECT OTHERS ARE COMING FROM A FEELING OF GREAT NEED AND LOW SELF ESTEEM. I AM PROUD OF BEING A PERSON THAT CAN CALMLY DEAL WITH NEGATIVE PEOPLE, ACCEPTING THEM AND LOVING THEM UNCONDITIONALLY WHILE MAKING MY OWN EVALUATIONS AND DECISIONS ON WHAT IS BEST FOR ME RATHER THAT BEING MANIPULATED AND DIRECTED BY OTHERS. THIS IS HOW I SEE MYSELF IN THOSE SITUATIONS, IT IS A VERY VIVID AND CLEAR PICTURE.

1. GET FACTS ON WHAT WORRYING ABOUT. PRETEND GETTING FOR SOMEONE ELSE, EASIER TO DEPERSONALIZE. IF IT IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE GET AS MANY FACTS AS YOU CAN.

 

2. ANALYZE THE FACTS. WRITE THE FACTS DOWN ON PAPER, STATE THEM AS CLEARLY AS YOU CAN.

 

3. WORK ON SOLVING THE PROBLEM. WRITE DOWN THESE QUESTIONS.

     * WHAT AM I WORRYING ABOUT ?

     * WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THEM ?

     * THIS IS WHAT I AM GOING TO DO !!

     * THIS IS WHEN I'M GOING TO START!!

 

     NOW TURN IT OVER TO THE SUB CONSCIOUS AND SLEEP ON IT. MANY NEW AND CREATIVE STEPS WILL COME TO YOU.
