Robert opened the door of the black stretch limousine and helped Mac out. She stared up at the building in front of her with a smile and glanced up at the sign that read: Genoa City Airport. 'This summer was going to be a blast,' she thought while she watched Robert unload her bags. As she stepped onto the front curb Raul and Rianna walked through the front sliding doors and called to her. "Hey!" she greeted them with excitement. "Are you guys ready for a great summer?" "You bet," Raul replied. "I can't even stand it!" Rianna grinned with excitement, "Just think the whole summer in Europe! It's a dream come true." "Who else is here?" Mac asked curiously as they walked inside. "Ah J.T. and Brittany are here somewhere, but Billy hasn't arrived yet." Raul answered. "Mackenzie...." Robert suddenly called from behind them. "Yes?" Mac replied with a warm smile. "I took your bags to the front counter and you're all set," he said with a smile. "Oh and have a great summer!" "Thanks alot," she grinned. "And please tell grandma I'll call when we arrive in Paris!" Robert nodded and they watched as he disappeared outside. They all smiled at one another and walked over by the rest of the group. "Can you believe that the school put this senior trip together?" Raul asked. "It's better than any other trip they've ever planned before!" "I know," Mac agreed. "I just need to relax. It's a good way to get away from everything!" "Well almost everything." Rianna frowned as they all looked over at Brittany and J.T. "Can you believe it?" Raul asked. "You'd never know she'd just broke up with Billy! I mean look at her, she's all over J.T.!" "Yeah I thought she hated him?" Rianna asked. "I guess not." Mac answered with disbelief. "Oh well, Billy's better off without her. Oh look there he is!" Rianna pointed out as he walked through the door. "Billy!" They all called out loudly. Billy stepped out of his own limousine, but didn't wait for the driver to grab his bags. He glanced through the doors and saw Brittany first. It didn't surprise him one bit that she was all over J.T., but it still hurt a little. To think that he'd actually thought he loved her! What a mistake! He quickly shook her from his mind and walked through the doors. When he entered the lobby area he heard his name being called and glanced around until he spotted Raul, Rianna, and Mac waving at him. He smiled and walked over to them. "Hey guys," he greeted them. "What's up?" "We're just waiting for everyone to arrive." Mac replied. "I think you're one of the last ones." Raul smiled. "Well let's get the show on the road," Billy grinned. "I'm ready to see the sights!" They all laughed and then walked over to join some of the other students. "Is everyone ready to go?" one of the teachers called a few minutes later. Everyone shouted, "Yes!" and then they all walked down to their gate. "I'm so excited," Mac remarked. "I've never been anywhere but St. Louis or Genoa City, well except for when I traveled from St. Louis to Genoa City." "Well you're in for a treat," Rianna responded. "Europe is beautiful during the summer." "I can't wait!" Mac smiled. They all reached the gate and only had to wait a few minutes before the plane boarded. "I'll see you guys when we get over there!" Mac called. She waved to Raul and Rianna and then went to reach her seat. "Yes...I get a window!" she grinned when she found her row. "Now if I can just get a decent seat mate!" Just then Billy walked up. "Hey." he smiled. "Hi. Are you going to be sitting here?" she asked. "It looks like it." he replied as he looked at his ticket. Mac just smiled and waited for him to sit down. 'This is going to be interesting,' she thought! "Ladies and gentleman can we have your attention please?" the attendant called over the loud speaker. They all listened to the speech that was given before each flight and settled in as the plane headed down the runway. "Have you flown before?" Billy asked. "Ah no..." Mac sighed nervously. "Well I am here for you if you get scared." he offered. "Thanks." she smiled. Just then the plane lifted off the ground with a shake and Mac naturally grabbed Billy's hand tightly. Billy could only smile and hold her hand just as tightly. 'This trip might turn out better than I thought,' Billy told himself. The plane landed hours later in Paris and Mac held on to Billy's hand as they made the landing. She had been fine in the air but it was the takeoffs and landings that bothered her. They had chatted the whole way over and a couple of times they had snuggled up to one another while they napped on the long flight. "You okay?" he asked her once they'd stopped. "Yeah, sorry it's a little scary." she replied. "It's okay I didn't mind," he smiled. "Come on we'd better get moving." They both stood and grabbed their carry on bags before moving toward the exit. As they got off the plane they spotted Brittany and J.T. in what looked like to be a passionate kiss, but neither of them gave any reaction. 'Typical Brittany', was all Mac thought. "Do you see Raul and Rianna?" Billy asked as he looked through the crowd. "Look there they are," Mac pointed out. "Hey guys, over here!" She flagged them down then they all waited for the others to unload from the plane. After everyone was ready they headed to the baggage claim area and then outside to the buses that would transport them to their hotel. "I am so tired," Rianna remarked with a yawn. "I never knew flying could take so much out of you. I mean all you do is sit there!" "It has something to do with the time change." Raul informed her. "Oh." she replied with another yawn. The buses finally arrived and Mac and Rianna climbed into the seat behind the guys so they could talk. "So," Rianna whispered with a smile. "How was your flight?" "What do you mean?" Mac asked. "Oh don't give me that," Rianna hissed teasingly. "I saw you end up sitting with Billy!" "So!" Mac grinned. "What's the big deal?" "The big deal is that you still like him and he's no longer dating Brittany," Rianna replied. "And from what I saw earlier she has no intention of getting him back!" "He and I are just friends!" Mac insisted. "Sure you are!" Rianna laughed. "Hey you two," Raul called from in front of them. "What are you guys whispering about?" "None of your business." Mac replied "Says who?" Billy asked as he flashed a smile. "Me!" Rianna shouted back. "Oh I'm scared!" Billy teased. "You two just turn around and mind your own business," Rianna instructed. "If we need your input we'll ask for it!" The guys only laughed and then turned back around. "Anyway..." Rianna began again in a hushed voice. "Billy and I are just friends," Mac cut in. "Nothing more!" "We'll see about that." Rianna said with a grin as the bus pulled in front of the hotel. They climbed out and stared up at the place that was going to be their home for the next week or two. "Wow!" Rianna cooed. "This place is beautiful!" "It's more than beautiful," Mac replied. "It's amazing!" "Come on girls," Billy called. "Let's go get our rooms before all the good ones are taken!" They headed into the hotel and grabbed two keys from one of the teachers. "Ready?" Raul asked as he held the elevator. "You bet!" Mac replied as they fled inside. "What floor?" he asked. "Ah...nine." Billy replied looking at the key. Raul pushed the botton and within seconds they were standing outside their rooms. "Do you girls want room nine ten or nine twelve?" Billy asked. "Nine twelve." they both replied as Mac reached for the key. Mac stuck the key in the door and turned the lock. "Ready?" she asked as she held the knob. Rianna nodded and the girls disappeared inside leaving the guys who were laughing at them simply because of their excitement over a hotel room. Mac and Rianna walked into their room and to their delight, their room was everything they could wish for. When they looked around they saw a living room, a full kitchen, a lavish dining room, and then down the little hallway was a huge bathroom and bedroom. They had their own king sized bed and in the bathroom there was a sunken tub. "Oh I can't wait to try that out!" Mac said excitedly. "Maybe tonight after dinner!" "Did you see we have a balcony over looking the city?" Rianna asked. "Are you kidding me?" Mac asked. "Nope, I guess the academy went all out." Rianna answered. "You mean our parents went all out," Mac laughed. "They're the ones who paid for this!" "Yeah, but still...." Rianna started to say. "Hey, where's that door lead to?" Mac interrupted. "I don't know," Rianna remarked. "Open it and find out." Mac undid the lock and opened the door. Just then both Billy and Raul jumped through it and yelled, "Boo!" Both girls nearly jumped out of their skin, and both let out deafening screams. "You jerks!" Mac cried. "Sorry," Billy laughed. "But we just couldn't resist!" "Yes you could have!" Rianna hissed. "So this door connects the two rooms?" Mac asked. "Yeah." Billy replied. "That may come in handy." Rianna said with a sly smile as she looked at Raul. "Hey," Mac cried. "I'll be in that room too!" "Maybe." Rianna smiled. "What's she mean by that?" Billy asked. "Never mind!" Mac snapped before Rianna could say another word. Billy and Raul just looked at one another knowingly and just smiled. "Are you ladies hungry?" Raul asked. "A little bit." they both replied. "But let us freshen up first." Mac replied. "Okay we'll meet you downstairs in a half an hour." Billy grinned as they closed the door. "What was that comment about?" Mac asked as they walked to the bathroom. "It was just a comment or a possiblity," Rianna replied. "After all this is the city of love!" Thirty minutes later Rianna and Mac stepped off the elevator and met the guys by the front door. "Ready?" Raul asked. "Yeah," Rianna replied as he took her hand. "Where are we eating at?" "While we were waiting for you two..." Raul started to say. "Billy and I wandered down the street and found a little cafe." "Cool." Mac replied as they walked out the door. As they walked down the street Billy felt Mac slip her arm through his and all he could do was gasp in shock. Neither of them said anything about it, but it was still a surprise to both of them. Mac couldn't even believe that she'd done it. They reached the cafe in no time and found a table outside on the sidewalk. "It's very European!" Mac remarked in a teasing voice. "What are you going to have?" Mac asked Rianna as they surveyed the menu. "I don't know." she replied. "Well you can have whatever you want because it's on me!" "Are you sure?" Mac asked. "I wouldn't have it any other way." Billy answered with a smile. The waiter soon arrived and took their orders before disappearing into the kitchen. "So what should we do for the rest of the day?" Raul asked. Rianna and Mac looked at each other and smiled and said, "Shopping!" they replied with excitement. "No way," Billy laughed. "You two are on your own for that adventure." "Oh come on," Mac begged. "It will be fun." "For who?" Raul asked. "All of us," Rinna smirked. "Please?" Billy looked at Raul and he nodded. "Okay," Billy replied. "But just this once." Mac and Rianna gave each other knowingly smiles and then turned to see their food on the way. An hour later they walked back onto the street. "Where to first?" Mac asked. "Let's go this way." Rianna suggested. They just started walking and several hours later the guy's arms were loaded with bags from many diffrent stores. "We told you this would be fun." Mac grinned and glanced back at the guys. "Oh yeah, I am having a blast." Raul replied sarcastically. "Aren't you Billy?" "You bet!" Billy groaned. "But can we please head back to the hotel?" "I guess," Rianna sighed. "Besides Mac and I have to get ready for our surprise!" "What surprise?" Raul asked with curiousity. "You'll have to wait and see." Mac laughed as they walked into the hotel lobby. "Meet us down here in an hour!" "And dress nicely!" Rianna ordered. "Don't we always!" Billy teased. The girls just laughed and then walked onto the elevator. "See you boys soon!" Mac waved. "It's going to be a night to remember, in more ways than one!" Mac and Rianna stepped off the elevator and smiled when they saw the guys. "They look great!" Mac whispered as they walked towards them. "Good enough to eat!" Rianna agreed. Billy was dressed in khaki pants and a black button up shirt, while Raul had on black pants and a dark red button up shirt. "So where are we going?" Raul asked Rianna when he stopped in front of her. "You'll see," she replied. "But can you get us a cab?" "Sure thing," Billy replied as they walked outside. "By the way, you two look amazing!" "Thanks!" Mac blushed. Mac had picked out a knee length black skirt and a purple tank top with black sandals, while Rianna had on calve length black skirt and a elbow length red shirt with black sandals. Billy waved a cab down and then helped the girls inside. Rianna quietly gave the driver directions and then settled back to enjoy the ride and the scenery. A few minutes later the cab pulled up in front of the Eiffel Tower and Raul helped them out. "What are we doing here?" he asked as the cab pulled away. "We came to see the view." Mac replied. Both girls took the guys by the hands and led them to the elevator. "It's supposed to be beautiful at night," Rianna replied. "Very romantic!" A few moments later they stepped off and stared across the whole city. "This is amazing!" Mac sighed. "Breathtaking." Billy agreed. "We'll catch you two in a little bit." Rianna smirked as she pulled Raul away. "Have fun and enjoy!" Mac laughed as Raul and Rianna disappeared and then a nervous silence spread across them. Mac looked down at her hands and then up into Billy's eyes. He smiled warmly and tried to hold her gaze, but she glanced away nervously. "Mac..." he whispered as he took her hand. She looked up at him and smiled slightly. She waited for him to continue but all he did was pull her close into his arms. "You are so beautiful," he whispered into her ear. "I could stand like this forever!" Mac pulled away suddenly and looked at him uncertainly. "Billy this isn't right," she sighed. "And you know it!" "But Mac..." he started to say. "No Billy, this isn't really something that should be happening." she replied. "Why not?" he asked. "Can you honestly tell me you're over Brittany?" she questioned. "I could care less about her!" he hissed. Mac watched Billy's eyes as he spoke and something in them changed. There was darkness in them when he talked about Brittany, but when he blinked and looked at her again there was another difference in them. Now they showed his feelings for her. They were gentle and caring, something she hadn't seen in them for quite some time. "She never loved me, she only wanted one thing!" he snapped. "But I see that now and I realize I never loved her either." "Billy I know this is hard for you," Mac said softly. "But you need more time and I understand that!" "No what I need is you." he replied as he took her hand again. "Are you sure?" she asked. His intense blue eyes stared into her soul and when he pulled her close again she didn't protest. He stared down at her and lowered his face closer. Shivers traveled down her spine as he pressed his lips to hers and she savored every moment of the long and passion filled kiss. For once everything around her seemed right! "Ah hum..." someone said from behind them. They both snapped out of their trance and looked to see who had broken their moment. Standing half in the shadows was Brittany. Her long blonde hair was blowing in the cool summer breeze and her eyes were as cold as ice. She was dressed in the shortest skirt Mac had ever seen and her low cut top let nothing to the imagination. "Well, well!" she hissed. "What do we have here?" "What do you want?" Billy asked. Mac stepped back and tried to think of a way to get away. She didn't need Brittany's attitude directed towards her the rest of the trip. They had managed to avoid one another for the last several months and Mac was in no mood to tangle with her! "I was just enjoying the view," Brittany replied. "What are you two doing here?" "That's none of your business!" Billy snapped. "So just leave us alone!" Mac stared at him and her heart broke at the sound of pain in his voice. She felt so sorry for him. Brittany had used him just the way she had used everyone else and now that she was through she didn't want him anymore. But at the same time she acted like no one else should be able to have him either. 'We'll just see about that,' she thought with a smirk. "Hey babe!" J.T. called from across the floor. "Where are you?" "Over here!" Brittany called with a smile. J.T. walked up and smirked at them both. "Why are you talking to these two?" he asked as he put an arm around her waist. "I happened to stumble across them while I was waiting for you," Brittany replied. "But we can go somewhere else, somewhere more private!" "Sounds good to me." J.T. replied and then he led her off into the shadows. Billy turned back to Mac and as much as he tried to hide it, she could see the jealousy in his eyes. "Are you okay?" she asked him. "Yeah I'm fine." he replied with a smile. "I don't think so." she said. "I'm fine Mac, now can we just forget about them and get back to us?" "No Billy we can't because there is no us until you're really over Brittany!" Mac cried. "I won't put you or myself through that again!" "But Mac..." he stammered. "No Billy, right now all we can do is be friends." she replied. "Now come on let's go find Rianna and Raul." Billy looked down at the ground and then back up at her. "I'm sorry," he sighed. "I didn't..." "I know." was all she said and then she took his hand and they went in search of their two friends. "Raul, Rianna!" Mac called. "Where are you two?" "Come on guys!" Billy called. "We're ready to go!" "We're not," Rianna shouted from somewhere. "We'll meet you guys back at the hotel!" "Are you sure?" Mac asked. "Positive!" Raul rasped. Mac and Billy smiled at one another and then headed towards the elevator. "They seem to be having a good time." Mac remarked. "And you're not?" Billy asked her. "Well..." she started to say. "No, it's okay I understand." he interrupted. "I just need..." "Billy stop okay," Mac sighed. "I don't want to talk about this anymore!" "Why not Mac?" he asked as they stepped off the elevator. Mac watched Billy hail a cab and when one stopped in front of them they climbed inside. "Because," she replied. "I just don't feel up for this type of thing right now, okay!" "Okay!" he said defensively. "I just don't understand!" "Billy I just don't want to get hurt again, okay." she replied. "I couldn't handle that again and you know it! I like things the way they are now, I like us just being friends!" "Are you saying that kiss was a mistake?" he asked. Mac was silent for a moment and then she answered. "No, it wasn't a mistake, but neither of us were ready for it and I don't know if either of us will ever be ready!" "How can you say that Mac?" he questioned. "I felt the electricity flow through us and I know you felt it too!" "That doesn't matter, we're...I'm not ready for this!" "I don't understand this..." he started to say. "Well you'll just have to for now," she informed him. "Because I'm not talking about it again tonight!" Billy slumped back in his seat as tears filled his eyes and they made the drive to the hotel in silence. Mac stared out her window and wondered why she had just said all those things. She knew that no matter what she couldn't fight her feelings for him anymore than he could fight his for her! 'Have I just ruined everything?' she asked herself as she wiped away her tears. The cab soon pulled up in front of the hotel and Billy helped Mac out. They walked into the lobby and then to the elevator. And when they reached their rooms, Mac said a quick goodnight and then disappeared into her room. |

"What came over her?" he asked aloud as he opened his door. He walked into the room and unbuttoned his shirt, leaving it to hang open. He then flipped on the lights and found Mac standing in the doorway of the adjoining door. He stared at her for a moment and then noticed she was crying. "Mac," he whispered. "Don't cry." Mac looked at Billy and then broke into tears. "I'm sorry," she sobbed. "I didn't mean those things I said!" "I know," he said as he walked towards her. "I know." He pulled her into his arms tightly and held her head against his shoulder. "Don't cry," he said soothingly. "It's forgotten, I swear." Mac looked up into his intense blue eyes and placed her hands on his bare chest. "Billy," she whispered. "I..." But before she could say another word, Billy's hungry lips swallowed up her sentence. Mac moved her hands up around his neck and pulled him closer than either of them thought possible. Billy's hands traveled down her back and then up her arms softly, sending shivers down her spine. His lips moved from hers and he kissed his way down her cheek to her jaw line and then to her neck. It seemed like he covered her with gentle kisses and he savored every one of them. Mac tilted her head back and then let out a sigh. "I want you," he whispered into her ear. "I want you so bad that it hurts!" Mac could barely find the words to reply to him, but finally she whispered. "I want you too Billy, more than you know!" Billy needed no more than that and he scooped her up into his arms and carried her to the bed. Billy flipped the sheets back with one hand and then laid Mac out onto the bed. He then flipped off the light and went back to the bed to kneel down next to her. She looked up at him so lovingly and so trustingly that he wondered if this was the right thing. Sensing his hesitation she reached her soft hand up and trailed it down his smooth, bare chest, bringing him back to the present. He quickly went to work at removing her sandals and then his own shoes. Then with her help she slipped her tank top up over her head. As he gazed down at her glowing face he seemed to came alive. He swooped down and captured his lips with his passionately, while he ran his fingers through her soft, long brown hair. Mac responded with the same energy and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him down to her. She ran her hands down his back and then quickly removed his unbuttoned shirt. Her hands wandered down his body and stopped at his belt. She quickly unbuckled it and then slipped it from its loops, tossing it on the floor. Billy's hands were also wandering and by the time his belt was removed he had removed her bra. He softly kissed her chest and shoulders, savoring the very taste of her and wanting to remember every inch of her entire body. "I love you!" he gasped between kisses. "I love you too." she whispered back. Mac arched her body towards him and he knew she wanted him just as much as he wanted her. He wrapped his arms around her waist and found the zipper of her skirt. He removed it quickly and then slipped off her underwear. Mac wanted Billy more than he knew and she wasted no time in removing the clothing that remained on his body. And soon nothing was left between them, but the warm summer air. Billy ran his fingers over her soft skin and then braced himself to enter her. "Are you ready?" he asked, not wanting to catch her by surprise. She said nothing, for she couldn't find the words, but she nodded with a smile. Billy lowered himself onto her and he felt her tense up the moment he entered her. He stopped and waited to make sure she was ready and when she looked up at him with tears in her eyes from the pain he wanted to stop. But Mac wrapped her legs around his waist and urged him to continue. He moved with her rhythmically and they finally reached their peek and it seemed to be at the very same moment. Billy collapsed onto Mac breathless and Mac ran her fingers through his hair. Their breathing soon returned to normal and then they curled up into each other's arms. Neither of them knew what to say and at the same time the silence said volumes. Billy nestled his face into Mac's hair and before either of them knew it they were both sound asleep. Content to hold one another the entire night they both slept soundly until the next morning. Warm sunlight filled the room the next morning and shown onto Mac's face. She let out a content sigh and she slowly opened her deep brown eyes. She glanced around the room and it took her a moment to remember where she was, but when she did she smiled warmly. Just then Billy rolled over in his sleep and reached for her, pulling her snuggly against his warm broad chest. Mac laid there and let her mind travel back to the previous night. 'It really happened,' she thought. 'I can hardly believe it!' Mac looked up at Billy and stared at his peaceful expression. But he must have felt her eyes on him because suddenly his eyes fluttered open and he stared straight back at her. "Morning," she greeted. "Hmmmm..." he sighed as he stretched and yawned. He then looked at her and smiled. "Morning," he finally replied. "Did you sleep well?" She shook her head and ran her fingers along his arm. "Me too." he agreed with a devilish smile. Mac laughed and sat up, pulling the sheet with her. "We should be getting up," she informed him as she looked at the clock. "We don't want to get caught!" "But I thought we could stay in bed all day." he groaned. "In your dreams!" Mac smirked as she crawled out of bed. "Wait come back," he said as he reached for her. "I wasn't done with you yet!" "Of course you were," Mac smiled as she walked across the room. "Now get your butt out of bed!" "Do I have to?" he asked as he sat up. "Yep." she replied as she gathered her clothes. Billy reached for his boxers and pulled them on before standing up and walking over to her. He spun her around to face him and then pressed his lips to hers. "I love you." he whispered into her ear. Mac smiled up at him and was about to reply when there was a knock on the door. "Who could that be?" Billy questioned. "I don't know, but you'd better find out!" Mac replied when they heard another knock. "Who's there?" Billy called. "Room check," someone called. "Open up!" "Oh no, it's Mr. Lynbrook!" Mac gasped. "Hold on!" Billy called. Mac picked up the rest of her clothes and hurried to the adjoining door. She pulled it open just in time to bump into Raul. They both looked at each other and then Mr. Lynbrook called, "Open this door now! What's going on in there?" "Just a sec!" Raul called as he stepped past Mac and walked over to the couch in the living room. Mac didn't waste anytime, she just hurried into her room and closed the door firmly behind her, locking it. Billy stared at Raul curiously as he pulled on a tee shirt and then walked over to open the door. As he did the teacher pushed past him and stared around the room. "Did I hear a girl's voice?" he asked. "I don't think so," Raul replied from the couch. "It's just me and Billy." "I could have sworn..." Mr. Lynbrook trailed off. "Well anyway breakfast is in an hour and then we're going sight seeing, so be ready!" "Yes sir." they replied as they watched him walk out into the hall. When he closed the door, both of them let out sighs of relief and then looked at one another. "Where were you last night?" Billy asked teasingly. "Or do I even have to ask?" Raul looked nervously at the floor and then asked, "Why was Mac leaving here half dressed?" "That's none of your business!" Billy grinned. "And don't change the subject!" "I wasn't." Raul replied. "Then answer the question." Billy insisted. "You know where I was, just like I know why Mac was here." Raul remarked. "So just drop it!" Billy gave Raul a smirk and then laughed as he disappeared into the bathroom, closing the door behind him. Mac leaned against the adjoining door and sighed with relief. "That was close!" she remarked to herself. "What was close?" Rianna asked as she walked into the room. "Ah...nothing." Mac stammered. "Are you sure?" Rianna asked. "Positive." Mac reassured her while she walked over to the dining room table. "Well then will you answer one question for me?" Rianna asked as she walked down the hall to the bathroom. "Maybe." Mac responded with hesitance. "Where was you last night?" Rianna asked. "Where was I?" Mac repeated. "Ah..." Just then there was a knock on their door. "Who is it?" Mac asked gratefully. "It's Ms. Callwood. Macckenzie dear, please open the door." the teacher called. "Just a second." Mac answered as she grabbed the robe that Rianna, who had just appeared, was holding out to her. Mac wrapped it around herself and then went to answer the door. "Good morning girls," Ms. Callwood greeted. "Did you two sleep well?" Both girls looked at one another and then back at the teacher. "We slept wonderfully." Mac answered. "Well I just wanted to make sure things were okay and to inform you that breakfst is in about forty five minutes. Then we're all going sight seeing, so be ready!" "Yes ma'am." she smiled in unison. The teacher nodded and then headed down the hall to the next room. Mac closed the door and when she turned around she found Rianna staring at her. "Care to answer my question?" she asked. "What question?" Mac asked. "Where were you last night and how come you're only half dressed?" she asked smugly. "Ah...I have to shower and get ready for today." Mac answered, avoiding the question. "Fine, but we're not through talking about this!" Rianna called while she watched Mac disappear into the bathroom. Mac and Rianna walked off the elevator a half an hour later and walked into the hotel's restaurant. They glanced around and spotted the guys sitting at a table and headed over to them. "Morning ladies." Raul smiled. "Morning." they replied. "What's for breakfast?" Mac questioned. "I'm starving!" "Me too!" Billy agreed as he looked at his menu. Just then the waiter arrived and they all decided to have the buffet. He took their menus and then headed to the next waiting table. "Let's go." Raul suggested as he stood. Several minutes later they walked back to the table and sat down to eat. "So does anyone know where it is they're taking us today?" Billy asked. "I'm not really sure," Mac replied before she bit into a piece of fruit. "But I'm sure we'll have fun!" "I hope so," Billy frowned. "I'd rather go without the teachers though!" "Wouldn't we all!" Rianna sighed heavily. Just then one of the teachers called for everyone's attention. "We'll be heading out in about ten minutes, so finish up your breakfast and meet in the lobby for roll call!" the teacher shouted. "Are you guys ready?" Raul asked. "Yeah." they replied. "Let's see what the teachers have in store for us." Billy remarked. Fifteen minutes later everyone was in line and loading the buses. Once that was done they headed down the road to see the beautiful sights of Paris. Later that afternoon, they stopped for lunch and then they were allowed to wander around to the little shops in little groups. "Oh look at this!" Rianna cooed as she stood in front of a shop window. "Oh that would look great on you." Mac smiled. "Oh no, not this again!" Billy moaned. "Raul...grab'em!" They grabbed the girls by their elbows and pulled them down the street. "Wait I really wanted to try..." Rianna cried. "No," Raul cut in. "Not today! I don't feel like carrying your bags around all day!" "Fine, be that way." Rianna said in a fake pouting voice. "Here," Raul said as he stopped in front of a flower cart. "I'll make it up to you." Rianna smiled brightly and waited for Raul to finish. He picked out several beautiful flowers and then handed them to her before turning to pay for them. "Oh, they're beautiful!" she grinned. "Thank you!" She then leaned forward and pressed her lips to his. Mac was busy looking at the colorful assortment of flowers when all of a sudden Billy tapped her on the shoulder. She spun around and gasped at the sight of a huge bouquet that he held out to her. "For me?" she asked. "Who else?" he asked with a dazzling smile. "They're gorgeous," she said with a smile, as she smelled them. "But you really shouldn't have!" "Why not?" he asked. "Because...you don't have to buy me things," she answered. "I love you anyway." "I don't have to, but I want to." he smiled. "So take them and be happy about it!" Mac just smiled and kissed him lightly on the cheek. She then took his hand and pulled him down the street to where the bus was reloading. "Hey, wait for us!" Rianna called. She and Raul ran after them and then fled onto the bus. "I wonder where we're going now?" Raul questioned. "I guess we'll find out." Mac replied as she snuggled next to Billy. Later that evening they fled off the bus and headed back into the hotel. "I'm exhausted!" Mac yawned. "I never knew you could do so much in one day!" "Me either." Rianna agreed. "I just want to go up to the room and relax." Billy sighed. "I second that idea." Raul replied as they stepped onto the elevator. "Do you know what they have planned for tomorrow?" Rianna asked. "Ah...I think they're taking people to the amusement parks." Billy answered. "Oh that sounds fun," Mac smiled. "Do you guys want to go?" "Sounds good to me." Raul responded as they walked into the hall. "Well then we should get some sleep," Mac remarked. "Or tomorrow we won't be able to walk!" They all laughed and then said they're goodnights. "We'll see you two in the morning." Rianna said with a smile before she kissed Raul. "Sleep well." Billy whispered into Mac's ear. Mac smiled up at him and then kissed him gently. "I don't know if I can sleep without you." she blushed. Billy just laughed and then watched the girls disappear into the room. "What's so funny?" Raul asked. "Nothing." Billy said with a grin as they unlocked their own door. Mac and Rianna walked into their room and flipped on the light. "I've never done so much in one day in my entire life!" Mac sighed as she flopped onto the couch. "Me either, but tomorrow may just top today!" Rianna laughed. "Oh no!" Mac groaned. "I can't take much more!" "We've only been here two days," Rianna remarked. "You're never going to make it!" "Tell me about it," Mac replied. "I think I'm going to go take a shower." "Okay, I'll take one next." Rianna replied as Mac stood and walked down the hall. "I'll let you know when I'm done." Mac said before she closed the door. Rianna walked over to the balcony and walked outside. 'Beautiful!' she thought. 'Just gorgeous!' Just then she felt strong arms encircle her waist and she smiled. "Hi Raul." she said as she turned around. "How'd you know it was me?" he asked. "I just knew." she replied with a smile. He leaned in and kissed her softly before they turned to stare out at the beautiful sunset. "I can't believe I'm spending the entire summer with you!" she cooed. "Me either, but I'm not complaining." he replied. Rianna turned around and kissed him gently, pulling him close. "Get a room you two," Mac grinned from behind them. "And that doesn't mean our room either!" "You're no fun!" Raul smirked as he walked over to the adjoining door. "Says you!" Mac shot back with a smile. Raul laughed and then closed the door quietly. "Guys!" Mac laughed. "Hey, I like guys!" Rianna cried. "Me too!" Mac agreed with a laugh. "It's your turn." "Yeah I'll take one later," Rianna replied. "I just want to sit here and chat!" "About?" Mac questioned cautiously. "You...Billy...me and Raul." she replied. "What about me and Billy?" Mac asked. "Well what happened between you two last night?" Rianna asked. "What do you think happened?" Mac questioned. "Oh, I have a pretty good idea." Rianna replied. "Oh you do, do you?" she asked. "Yeah I think you two...Well you know." Rianna smiled. "Well what did you do last night?" Mac asked. "Um..." she stammered. "That's what I thought," Mac said with a smile. "If you don't want to share then I don't have to either!" "But Mac..." Rianna begged. "No buts." Mac insisted. "You're no fun." Rianna sighed. "I've been told that alot lately." Mac smiled as she stood and walked towards the bedroom. "But I don't think Billy would agree with you!" "What's that supposed to mean?" Rianna asked. "Use your imagination!" Mac called over her shoulder. "Wait!" Rianna called. "Where are you going?" "I'm tired so I'm going to bed." Mac replied before she closed the door. Rianna just stared at the closed door and shook her head with a smile. "What am I going to do with you Mac?" she asked herself before she stood and headed to the bathroom to take her own shower. Two weeks later Mac, Billy, Rianna, and Raul fled off the buses in front of the hotel in Venice. They'd spent the last week in Austraila and now they were spending two weeks in Italy. "This hotel looks better than the one in Paris." Mac remarked. "It looks very old." Billy pointed out. "But I bet the inside is amazing." They grabbed their bags and then headed inside to get their keys. Then they loaded onto the elevator and went up to their rooms. "Here we are." Raul said when they stopped in front of the two rooms. "Which one do you want?" "We'll take this one." Rianna smiled as she snapped up a key. She stuck it in the keyhole and the girls disappeared inside. "So what should we do?" Rianna asked. "Unpack." Mac suggested as she looked around the room. "Maybe later," Rianna replied as she flopped onto the couch. "That plane ride tired me out! I feel like a nap." "Suit yourself," Mac smiled. "I'm going to unpack and then head out and see what's around here!" They walked down to the bedroom and while Mac unpacked her things, Rianna laid down to rest. "I'll be back in a while." Mac said later as she headed out of the room. She grabbed her backpack and the key, then headed towards the door. As she opened it and stepped outside she nearly bumped into Billy. "Hey." she said as she pushed a piece of hair nervously behind her ear. "Hi." he replied. "Where are you going?" "Just outside to look around," she replied. "Where are you going?" "To do the same," he replied. "Want to go together?" "Sure." she replied as they walked down the hall. They walked onto the elevator and then headed out the lobby door onto the street. "Which way?" he asked. "Um... this way." she said as she turned left. They walked down the street looking in the shop windows and up at the old buildings. And as they traveled further away from the hotel Billy took Mac's hand in his. They walked up onto a footbridge and stopped to stare down into the water below. "Are you having fun?" he asked her. "A blast! I'm going to remember this trip forever!" she replied. "Me too." he agreed. Mac smiled up at him and then looked down at her hand in his. "Billy..." she started to say. "What is it Mac?" he asked when she didn't continue. "What's happening between us?" she questioned. "What do you mean?" he asked. "Well...we shared something very special in Paris, but since then you haven't been the same around me." she replied. "Is there something wrong?" "Of course not Mac," he replied. "To be truthful I just don't know how to act around you! Things have changed between us, we've taken things to a new level!" "I know, but..." she whispered. "Mac I love you, that hasn't changed." he replied. "I just wasn't sure how you really felt so I've tried not to push you." Mac looked into his eyes and knew he was telling the truth. "So are we an item?" she asked teasingly. "If we have to be." he joked back. Mac grinned at him and then wrapped her arms around his neck. "I love you so much!" she cooed. "So much that it hurts sometimes and I was worried you were backing away from me!" "I'm never going to leave you again, ever!" he reassured her. "So get that out of your mind!" "Promise?" she asked innocently. "You can count on it." he smiled. He then leaned down and pressed his lips to hers, kissing her passionately. He laced his fingers through her hair and pulled her closer, needing to feel her against him. And when they finally broke apart they were both breathless. Billy smiled down at her and then took her hand again, leading her down the road to finish their walk around the city. |
