The Day I Die
"I too have loved you since I laid my eyes on you. At first you were more stubborn then I ever thought possible. 'Mr. High and Mighty', that's what I called you, and jerk. How could I forget that one? I started to get to know you and then I realized you weren't a BIG jerk just a little one. Then we started hanging out and you weren't that bad. If Raul could stand you then obviously you weren't THAT bad. Then it was my birtday party. I wanted to dance with you so badly, and then POOF you were gone. Days later I was at the hospital telling the guy that was in a coma that I was mad at you, and deep inside I was afraid of loosing you. And then you woke up for ME! Then at the prom you and I were elected King and Queen. Dancing with you and feeling that special thing is where I wanted to be for the rest of my life. Nevermind the fact that we broke up and we thought what we had was gone forever. Because it wasn't, if it weren't for all of that we wouldn't be standing here today. You and I have something that can never be taken away. NEVER Willam Foster Abbott I love you more then anything, and will do everything in my power to never loose you. I'll love you until the day I die." Mac was still holding Billy's hand and they were looking into each others eyes. Then they both looked at the rings they slid on each others fingers.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife." Billy and Mac just smiled and Billy took Mac's face in his hands and kissed her so passionately, softly, and caring. "Ladies and gentleman, Mr and Mrs. Willam Foster Abbott." Everyone stood up and clapped and watched them as they walked out of the chapel.
Billy and Mac already went through the reception outside the Chancellor-Abbott Mansion. They already bought their very first house together. It is huge. It has a living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, 4 bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms. They plan on having lots of kids. Billy and Mac arrived at the Abbott Estate and Billy was just carrying Mac over the threshold.
"Mac, do you know how happy I am that you are my wife? June 25, 2002. Our special day for the rest of our lives." Billy said carrying Mac upstairs to their huge master bedroom. Laying her on the king size water bed.
"Billy, I love you and am more happy than I've ever been in my entire life!"
"Look Mac, I can't wait any longer, I've waited 2 years to do this and now we're married. So if you don't say yes, I am going to go out of my mind. That body of yours has looked so sexy in so many of those outfits. I've been respectful and haven't even peeked at you. Now I can't wait!"
"I know Billy and you have been so sweet, but I don't know if I'm ready...."
"MAC!" Billy yelled as if he really were going to go out of his mind.
"Well....ok." Mac said as she laid flat and held her arms out for Billy to come to her.
"Are you sure? I was just kidding. If you aren't ready, I'm okay with it. I can wait longer. I'll probably die before then, but I'll do it for you."
"Awww Billy, we wouldn't want you to have to die. I was just joking. I'm going to go out of my mind if you don't get over here now!" Billy then ran and jumped on the bed sending waves all through the water mattress. Billy's lips came crushing down onto Mac's as they were rocking from the waves. Billy unzipped Mac's dress and pulled it over her shoulders then completely off. Mac helped Billy get undressed, all the while they were still kissing and feeling and exploring each other.
"God Mac, you are so beautiful! I never knew there was someone as beautiful to ever walk the earth." Billy said as he looked Mac from all angles.
"Billy, let's make love!"
"I think we can arrange that!"
*3 month Time Lapse*
Mac is walking out of the bathroom in a daze. She has a smile on her face from ear to ear. Billy just walked in the door from the grocery store. He saw Mac walk into the living room.
"Hello my sexy wife! I see you have missed me or else you wouldn't be smiling like that. You must love me, I was only gone for like a half of an hour!" Billy said walking toward her with his arms open wide to hug her.
"Billy, it's not that." Mac said just snapping out of her daze.
"What?" Billy asked in a nervous voice.
"Oh Billy, you know I love you and man did I miss you....Billy....I'm pregnant."
"Pregnant? We are having a baby? We are going to be parents? Oh my gosh!" Billy was getting really excited. He picked her up and begun to spin her around. "Mac, I love you so much. And our baby is going to be so spoiled!"
"Billy?" no answer. "Billy? Billy honey? Put me down! I am going to be sick!" Mac jumped out of Billy's arms and ran to the bathroom.
"Mac, are you ok?" He walked in just as she was flushing the toilet. She began to brush her teeth.
"Yes baby, I am just dandy. What do you say that we not spin me around like that for ooooooh lets say about nine months?"
"Ok mom, whatever you say. I love you Mac. Our son is really going to be strong and with our looks he is going to drive all the women crazy, even at the age of two...."
"Son? What makes you think we are going to have a son?"
"A man can dream, can't he? If it's not a boy we can always try again. Even though a 'Daddy's Little Girl' wouldn't be all that bad. But we can still try again."
"I like the sound of that. It just depends on how much pain I go through. If it's bad, you are going to have the next baby. Ever seen the movie, 'Junior'?" Mac said with a little chuckle. Billy looked at Mac with a look of horror and fear, as she just sat there and laughed at him.
"Mackenzie darling, have you thought of the baby shower anymore? I am really excited. I am going to need how many people so I can book the hall and make sure there will be enough room for all of your guests and then presents. My goodness, we are going to need one entire room for just my presents." said Kay.
"Well actually grandma, Billy and I have thought about it alot. Like the people we are going to invite, Billy and me of course...."
"Well of course darling, unless you want ME to unwrap all of those wonderful gifts." Kay said with a smile.
"OH NO! That will be done by NO ONE except for me, not even my husband will help." Mac walked over to the table near the wall and poured her a glass of orange juice, while she had asked Kay if she wanted some and Kay said no. So Mac took a seat on the couch. "Anyway, Raul, Rianna, JT, and Brittany. Even though the guys probably won't come, but with all three of us expecting I think they should be here with their wives. And all of the family....and....okay maybe even Jill. She is excited about her second grandchild and hopes to be a part of his/her life and not screw up like she did with Phillip."
Kay walked over to the couch and took a seat next to her granddaughter. She grabbed her hand and started to play with Mac's fingers.
"You know Mackenzie, I'm really happy that you and Brittany settled your differences and are friends."
"You know grandma, I am too. After she realized that Billy didn't love her and loved me, she was not as witchy and fake as I thought she was. I even told her she was polluting the earth with all that hair spray, and she quit using it completely. I am surprised we are still friends." Just then Billy walked in the door.
"Hey my beautiful mommy-to-be and her audacious grandmother!" Billy said as he walked over and kissed Mac sweetly on the lips and kissed Kay's hand.
"Oh, stop it Billy Abbott!" Kay said laughing and blushing.
"My, my....Aren't we in a good mood today?" Mac said standing up and hugging her happy husband. "What's gotten into you?"
"Nothing, can't a guy be happy to see his wife?"
"No, he can't. Now tell me what's up."
"There is not a thing that is up, except my temperature, from walking in the door and seeing you looking all pregnant and fine!"
"Are you calling me fat and fine in the same sentence?" Mac asked with a look on her face that could kill.
"Uhhhh......"
"Billy, I asked you a question! Did you call me fat and fine in the same sentence?"
"No baby, I didn't."
"Fine, I see just fat! What a great husband you are!" Mac said and flew up the stairs.
"Mac wait........Uhhhhhh........What did I do?"
"Nothing Billy, she is just going through mood swings. She'll go through alot of them. Don't worry. Go up there and talk to her. Tell her to let me know and I will talk to you both later." Kay said walking to the door.
"Ok thanks Kay, bye." Billy said. He looked around for a few then headed up the stairs. He walked to their bedroom and on the way he passed the nursery. He looked in and smiled. He reached their room. *KNOCK KNOCK* No answer. Billy walked in to find Mac sound asleep in bed. Billy walked over and got in bed with her. He reached over and turned the lamp out. As he laid his head down, Mac turned around and laid in his arms where she belonged. "Goodnight my wonderful wife, get some sleep." Billy said as he kissed her forehead. And with that Billy fell right to sleep.
*Time Lapse (7 months pregnant)*
Billy and Mac found out that she is having a little boy. Billy is thrilled!
"Mac, honey it's time to open all of your gifts now." Billy said as he and JT were carrying in the present that Brittany thought would be the cutest for the little baby boy.
"Yeah c'mon Brit, we have to take our seat too. I want to get this all on tape." JT said.
"Ok sweetie, I'm coming. C'mon Mac, lets go see the goodies you and Skyler got."
"Great, let's go!" Mac and Brittany walked into the backyard and everyone stood up and clapped for the welcoming of Mac. "Thank you," Mac said blushing. "Now lets see what I got." She walked over to Billy and he helped her to sit down. "Gosh Billy, I am getting so big!"
"Aww Mac, you're beautiful!"
"You're being generous. I love you." Billy smiled and handed Mac her first gift. 'To Baby Skyler-Love Aunt Suzie'. Mac tore into the paper and opened the box and found a one-piece sailor suit. "Oh Aunt Suzie, it's great! Thank you." Mac tore into the next, and the next, and the next, and the next, until finally it was her turn to open JT's and Brittany's. 'To Skyler-Love Uncle JT and Aunt Brit'. Mac looked at the oblong and odd shaped gift with suspicion. Finally she tore into the paper. Billy helped her because he couldn't stand it any longer. Mac jumped back and looked in awe at the wooden crib. It looked as if it were handmade. She walked around it and something caught her eye. On each end of the crib was a little piece of wood with Skyler's name carved into it. Inside it had bed bumpers to protect him from bumping into the sides, sheets and a comforter with matching teddy bears. It was the exact design of bears Billy and Mac were using for the nursery. "OH MY GOD! It's perfect! Thank you so much!" Mac said as she began to cry. Brittany walked over to her and put her arms around her and whispered in her ear.
"Shhh.....Hey what are friends for? By the way J.T. made it. He wanted to do something special for you and Billy. He stayed up all night for the past few weeks until it was done. I didn't think he was ever going to get to bed! Ha! Ha!" That just made Mac cry harder. Rianna walked over and hugged her until she stopped crying. It was hard for all of them seeing as to how they were all pregnant.
Billy started to talk. "Mac and I just want to thank all of you."
"Wait!" Mac said, jumping from Rianna to Billy. "Okay honey go ahead."
"Okay, Mac and I just want to thank you all for everything you've done for us and our unborn son." Billy said as he ran his hand softly over Mac's tummy. "I believe he will be the hippest, coolest, infant alive." Everyone laughed.
"No, but really Billy and I don't know what we would have done without the help of all you great people. Thank you." Mac said.
*Later That Night*
"Man Billy, Skyler is going to be spoiled. We've got so many great and wonderful things. I am going to get up and make out thank you cards. I am going to bed, are you coming?" Mac asked getting up from the couch.
"Uh yeah in a minute."
"Ok well don't be long, I don't want to be lonely." She walked over and kissed Billy. (SMOOCH) "I love you, goodnight."
"Night sweetie. You and Skyler get some sleep."
"We will." Mac said as she reached the top of the stairs and turned down the hall. Billy looked around the room at all the wonderful things everyone had got their son. From all the family including Brad, Ashley, Abby, John, Jill, Kay, Brock, Raul, Rianna, JT, Britt, and a lot of other relatives. He got some Tommy Hilfiger clothes, Old Navy, A&F, Gap, a pair of Nike shoes, boots, onesies, toys, blankets, sunglasses, a swing, playpen, bottles, a walker, bibs, bathtub seat, highchair, pajamas, stuffed animals, a mobile to match the crib, a rocking chair for Mac, pacifers, baby food, etc...
"That child has more things then I have, and he isn't even born yet. What's wrong with that picture?" Billy said. "Oh well he's going to be a great kid with my looks and his mothers smarts, he deserves it. I am tired I am going to bed." Billy walked up the stairs and turned down the hall out of sight.
*One Year Later*
Mac already had her baby, Skyler Davis Abbott on September 15th, 7lbs. 8 oz 23 inches long, a beautiful baby boy. Billy and Mac were so happy that the baby had gotten so much attention. He will be a year and two months. He has already said Momma, Dadda, Paw-Paw (grandpa) Maw-Maw (grandma) and Hi. Mac works at home whenever she feels like it and Billy works at the hospital, he's a doctor. He remembers how they saved his life before and he wants to do the same in return for other people.
Billy was just walking in the door from work and sees Mac and Skyler asleep on the couch with 101 Dalmations playing on the T.V. He walks over and gently picks up his son trying not to wake up Mac. He takes him upstairs and puts him in his crib. He is almost too long for it. Billy wailed downstairs and Mac was heating up his dinner.
"Oh Mac, don't worry about it. I am not hungery for food, only you." he said as he walked over to her and put his arms around her from the back.
"Oh Billy, you're so romantic. That's why I love you so much. I don't know what I would ever do if I lost you." she said turning around and putting her arms around his neck.
"You aren't going to loose me, don't worry Mackenzie. C'mon let's go and relax." Billy led Mac into the living room and went to lay on the couch and got all cozy.
"Billy, do you want to lay here or go upstairs and do fun stuff?" Mac asked.
"Hmmm let me think.....Fun stuff, no doubt!" Billy said giving her that smile that could melt an iceberg.
"I'll race you upstairs, but try not to wake the baby!" Mac said jumping up from the couch.
"Hey no fair cheater!" Billy ran up the stairs two at a time.
"Ha! Beat you! Now come here." Mac said.
The next morning Billy was in the shower when he started to cough.
"D**** cold!" Then he coughed up some blood. "Why the h*** am I coughing up blood?" he really didn't know. He just shrugged the idea off his mind. 'I am fine. I am a healthy twenty-four year old and nothing is wrong. I am not going to tell Mac. I don't want to worry her when I am really fine.' he said to himself. He finished up and got out and dried off. He had a long day at work ahead of him. Mac was downstairs setting the table and paying bills. Skyler was in his walker, walking around the giant kitchen.
"Hey can you say bills? No more money bills." Mac laughed. "It's a good thing your daddy has such a great job, or we'd be broke. And we wouldn't want that even though I know what it is like, but we won't get into that now." Mac was just rambling on when Skyler stopped and stared at her. Just then Billy walked in.
"Hi ya, big guy!"
"Hi Dadda." He wailed over and picked him up out of his walker.
"Working on those legs? Good, cause they have more rolls on them then a bakery." he laughed and so did Mac. "Just kidding! Hey honey, how did you sleep?"
"Mmmm like a baby, you?"
"Fine until Sky started to cry, he was a little warm but he seems fine now."
"He started to cry?" Mac got up and rubbed his forehead softly, it was so soft. "I didn't even hear him."
"I had to use the restroom, so I was awake."
"Oh," Just then the phone rang. "I'll get it! Hello? Oh hey Britt, what's up? Um hold on a minute let me see. Hey honey are you working today? You told me but I can't remember."
"Yeah baby all day, I'll be home late. I forgot to tell you. Why what's up?"
"Oh well, Britt and JT wanted us to go over there for Drake's first birthday. Raul, Rianna, and Raina will be there."
"Go ahead babe, I'll see if I can get off early and stop by."
"Okay then. Britt? Billy has to work, but Skyler and I will be there. Three okay see you then. Bye. She hung up the phone and went over to the frige to get a bottle of water. She opened it and took a sip. Can you believe it been a year Drake and almost a year for Raina and and Skyler? Time flies. Billy walked over and took a sip of Mac's water.
"I know kids are great. Billy looked at the image of him. Skyler, and Mac. Skyler had brown hair with Billy's sparkling blue eyes. He was indeed adorable. Well I'll take the F-10 if you and you can take the Ford Escape. I don't want you driving the mustang; its not running right. I'll have to get it checked out."
"Okay I have to go to the store and get him a present."
"All right, well give me a kiss, I have to get out of here." Mac reached up and gave him a sweet kiss. Billy deepened the kiss MMMM" Billy said with a grin.
"There's more where that came from." She took the baby from Billy.
"I'll remember that. Give me a kiss son. I love you both. I'll stop by before the party's over bye."
"Bye honey. Say bye to dadda." Skyler waved bye to Billy with Mac's help.
"Bye Dadda"
"He did it! He said bye! That's my boy!" Mac said twirling him.
"That deserves some loving, but later I am late. Bye." And he was out the door.
"Bye."
