THIS WOMAN, THIS WARRIOR: Custom Super-Spy Carol Danvers

This is my latest creations...Super-Spy Carol Danvers! This figure was based roughly on various flashbacks from Carol's days as a spy working alongside Nick Fury & Logan. I was allowed a little creative license on this one since the depictions of her uniform from those days have been inconsistent from issue to issue. I selected the JLA Huntress as a base. After removing the cape, I carefully sanded down the details on the chest & face. To make the figure distinctive from the Huntress, I replaced the hairpiece with the one from a Dagger figure. This took a little carving to get the hairpiece to fit properly. Once this was done, I repainted the figure with acrylic paints. As a finishing touch, I added the machine gun from my stash of mismatched accessories.
