Comments: 

This bird is abundant at the Delaware Water Gap and along the trails around the Mohican Outdoor Center.  The Black and White Warbler is also one of the earliest arrivals in spring.  Given its very high and faint song, it is easiest to observe in late April combing branches for insects just before the leaves have unfolded and prior to the arrival of other much louder birds.
