I have been involved in the British Council in-service teacher training since 1997. I have given
several presentations and workshops as a BC counterpart
and have set up the electronic list for the project.
Within the project I am considered as an expert in ICT.
I am a member of the INTERNATIONAL ICT TRAINERS WORKSHOP group (IITW). Participants of this group come from eight countries in the ECE region, namely Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, the Czech
Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia and are interested in some sort of
regional co-operation in ICT for ELT focusing on the training of ICT teacher trainers.
01/2001 - Present Project: Adviser of Zala County Pedagogical Institute Personal status: Senior adviser Project status: Successfully completed DESCRIPTION:
My main task is to organise and give hands-on presentations for secondary school teachers in the
county, to advise heads of schools with regard to teaching English and, last but not least, to
organise the county language competition.
I am just about to launch an online course on basic ICT skills for teachers of English.

I am on the advisory board of the MyEurope project (the project is part of the European Schoolnet).
I have contributed to the project's success with my articles, some ideas and with participating with my
students in different chat events.

I was the course tutor at the international Hornby Multimedia Summer Course held in Esztergom. The
course was organised by the British Council and enjoyed the support of the Hornby Trust and the
Hungarian Ministry of Education..

I am on the advisory board of the Spring Day in Europe project.
More then 5000 schools have signed up for this large-scale, partly Internet-based project. I am the
project co-ordinator in Hungary.
HOBBIES:
Playing with my children, surfing the Internet, improving my ICT skills and, last but not least,
running.
