My Top 10 Movie List

1.Star Wars - DM - this includes the first trilogy, which is now the second trilogy, and The Phantom Menace. I must say I might be the only one in the world who didn't like Attack of the Clones. It would have awesome, I think, without the love story part. Very boring. And why did Anakin resent Obi-Wan so much? Come on....

2.Camelot - E (only an E because I'm aware a lot of people have no patience with musicals, but any Dumbledore fan should rent this and see him when he was a King...)
Always, always I cry. The part where Guenivere says to Arthur 'In the past I have been able to look into your eyes and see forgiveness. But this time when you forgive me I will not be there to see it...' I'm sorry, but Lance was an upstart....Long Live King Arthur....

3.Jurassic Park - DM - I will sit and watch this every day and still love it!

What I'm Watching

In the Theater

- Men in Black 2 - VG - Funnier than the first one IMO...

- Crocodile Hunter - OK - If you like the show, you'll like the movie...Steve Irwin is such a goofball, I enjoyed it a lot (crikey!) but if you're not a big fan, wait 'til it comes out on video...

- Windtalkers - E - Nicolas Cage and Adam Beach as a young Lou Diamond Philips (well, he looks just like him!) A good war movie, a good male bonding movie, but not as much about the Codetalkers as I had hoped.

-The Sum of all Fears - DM
I am a Tom Clancy fan from way back...good flick. But I do wish they had kept Jack Ryan's back history.

What I'm Renting

-Thunderball, Goldfinger-James Bond, Sean Connery - I am on a Bond kick, watching them in order. I saw Dr. No and From Russia with Love last week, these two this week. Goldfinger was the best so far.

-Ocean's Eleven - VG - George Clooney. Need I say more? Ok, then Brad Pitt. More, you ask? Matt Damon, Carl Reiner and Elliot Gould. Oh yeah, the Roberts chick is in it too. (not a fan of hers by a long shot...) VERY good movie, enough twists to keep you interested. I never did see the original, (I ain't that old....) but this one was worth seeing. Too bad I missed ol' George on the big screen...

What I'm Buying

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of Sixteen Candles on DVD for less than $50? Apparently it's some kind of collector's thing now...hey, I like it too but I'm not paying that much for it!

Pre-Ordered -
The Fellowship of the Ring - the one out in August and the platinum edition not due out until November - greedy studios...

Stormy Monday - finally out of DVD in September

What I'm Waiting For

The Two Towers
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
K-19 The Widowmaker
Spy Kids 2
