| I especially wanted to tell the story of Blackfoot Sue, a band who deserve to be far more well-known than they are, and to share the information I've managed to gather about them with other people who may be curious and have hit the same snag I did - it's rather difficult to find! Not any more! I am indebted to Alan Jones, Eddie Golga, Tom Farmer, David Farmer, Gary Farmer, Pars Evrenos and numerous others who have generously shared their memories with me and helped to fill in the gaps. Thanks so much! In September 2003 I went to the UK for my first holiday for some six years, and was able to meet up with Eddie, Tom, David, Gary, and Pars... I had a wonderful time, not only seeing Cry Wolf play, but talking to all the guys, and I'd like to thank each and every one of them for their time, candour and generosity. You made a great holiday even more fantastic, and I have memories I'll treasure forever. My trip diary can be accessed here. In fact, I had so much fun that I did it all over again in April 2004, and went back to the UK. You can access my second trip diary here. After that, it became a kind of a tradition! I'm making up for all those years of overwork and having a great time doing it - I've labelled my new hobby "binge-gigging", and the trips continue!
