On-Going Projects (as of Jan. 2007):

1. Compile a published work of consisting of the history of the former air station, Pennfield Ridge (also known as the "Pennfield Project").
2. Collection of information and photographs of the former Canadian Army Infantry facility, Camp Utopia.
3. Compile history of Blacks Harbour Police Department.
4. Acquasition of microfilm copies of "The Fundy Fisherman" from US Library of Congress.

Project "Archive":

One project of interest is the collection and archive of historical material and photographs. This collection would be stored in a public-accessable cabinet at the proposed new municipal office building. Approxiamate cost would be around $100.00. The cabinet measurements 60"H X 29"W X 16"D. Additional cost would result in photocopying material and copies of photographs. This would be the primary storage area for all society records and findings. This Project Has Been Postponed (01/01/07)
