Sucky page, sucky dialogue. Actually, what Harvey says on this page reflects his flaws and personality. The whole "brother" bit is quite important, especially later on. And the stealing part...well, Harvey has no moral scruples. He steals what he wants, and fucks whoever suits his fancy, while somehow maintaining that lovely Irish charm of his ((yes, he's Irish)).
