MTV Sex in the 90's
Blink was featured in the sex in the 90's decade in review
show. They had three brief parts where they talked about sex.
Keep an eye out for it.
Magazine Mention
Mean Street magazine has named Blink 182 as one of the best
bands of the 90's. Mark is quoted, "We don't write about
socially important issues. We're not U2, but I think we sing about
a lot of things that people have gone through."
MTV News
The MTV.com
news section has a story on Blink. The band will be playing
in the new years eve bash in New York. The band had some ideas
about what might happen. Here are some of their quotes:
TOM
"We're all going to die!"
"If the riots don't kill us...then the plane ride home
will...if that doesn't than the Anthrax that the terrorists put
in the water will."
MARK
"If that doesn't, the herpes will for sure."
"...I'm still not going to have any friends."
Check out MTV for the full
details of the interview.
Also Adam Sandler's funy videos will be on December 22nd at
8:00 a.m. "What's my age again" is featured on this
show.
Billboard Awards Replay

New Video on the Way?
There have been a number of reports on what the next Blink
182 single will be. The two songs that are being considered are
"Going away to College" and "Adam's Song".
It looks as though "Adam's Song" may have won. The band
will reportedly be shooting a video for "Adam's Song"
in the near future.
Entertainment Weekly Mention
This is hardly newsworthy but, Blink was mentioned in Entertainment
Weekly's best and worst of 1999. They were listed as, "best
band for exposing 14 year old girls to the world of porn and scatology*."
*poop jokes
I won an Award!

This is the Alien Award! Presented to me by the webmaster
of Toast and Bananas. I'd
like to thank all of the people who made this possible. Especially........JUST
KIDDING! It is cool to get an award though.

KROQ Christmas
It sounded like it was a good show if you were there. The
radio feed for Blink was awful. Whole sections of the songs were
cut out for broadcast. It was very annoying to listen to. The
band performed "What's My Age Again", "All The
Small Things", "Adam's Song", "Dammit",
"Family Reunion", Alien's Exist" and more. If anyone
was there, send me a review.

KROQ Christmas
For those of you who get KROQ from LA , the accoustic Christmas
is tonight. It should be broadcast on the air so listen up for
Blink!
BILLBOARD AWARDS
For those of you who saw the show you know what happened.
My cable went out that night so I didn't get to see it. Blink
opened the show by running naked through the streets. They didn't
win any awards but provided a great deal of fun.
Mark revealed his plans to make a breath mint that is also
a suppository. And Tom revealed that he has a small penis.
If anyone has tape of the show, I would appreciate it if you
could dub it and send it to me.
LIVE CD
The rumors still circle about the live CD. If anyone knows
anything about it feel free to email
me.

Live CD news again. I received an email from a person who
went to a San Francisco show. Mark said that they were recording
that nights show for a live CD. Either they are recording various
shows and picking the best tracks or they're just saying that
at every show to f**k with everyone. (Either is perfectly possible)

The
Urethra Chronicles has been released. It is not in all stores.
I have not seen it at Best Buy, or Waves. I found my copy at Tower
Records. If anyone would like to order a copy you can by following
the above link. The video is done well, with some very nice behind
the scenes footage.

Billboard News
The new billboard charts are in. On the Top
200 Blink fell 6 places to come in at #32. All the Small Things
went up one space from #6 to #5.

Live CD?
There have been rumors floating around that Blink recorded
a recent LA show for a live release. There is no confirmation
on that but I will keep you posted.

New Banner Exchange
I will be adding a banner exchange to the site in the next
few days. If you have a blink site create a banner and email it

another type of site email me and I may create a fan banner exchange.
