These terms regulate the legal relationship between yourself and us. These Terms and Conditions shall not be altered, modified or varied unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.

The information on our website does not constitute a formal offer to sell Goods to you. Your Order is an Offer to buy Goods from us. A Contract for the Sale of Goods shall only arise on the dispatch of our written confirmation of acceptance of your Order or the dispatch of the Goods to you, whichever is the earlier.

All drawings, descriptive matter and specifications contained on this website are published or issued in good faith and for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them. They will not form part of this contract.

The prices quoted may be subject to revision by us in the event of any increases imposed by the manufacturer before the date of dispatch of Goods to you. We also reserve the right to amend the price in any sale before dispatch arising where a pricing error has occurred either in favour of ourselves or you. In these cases we will contact you to notify you of the variation and you have the right either to proceed at the amended price or to revoke the Contract.

The price of Goods includes all administrative charges but does not include packaging, delivery or insurance charges which are in addition to the price and will be charged on the basis of the costs to ourselves (see Delivery).

Payment

All prices are in GB £ sterling. Payment is accepted by sterling cheques drawn on a UK Bank account or through our “Paypal” account. We will present your cheque to our Bank and allow 6 working days for clearance of funds before dispatching Goods to you.

Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch all Orders within seven working days. However this is an estimate and due to the individual nature of some of our products there maybe times when a longer wait is involved. In this case, we will advise you of the likely delivery date and if you are unwilling to accept the delay, we will immediately cancel your payment or refund your money if payment has already been made.

All orders will be dispatched using “Royal Mail”.  Postage and packing rates will be charged at actual cost. 

Blueberrycrafts will not be liable for any losses, damage or delays to items during postage, unless adequate insurance has been specified and paid for at time of order.

The goods you order will be delivered to the postal address you give when you place your order. 

Returns

If on receipt of Goods you are dissatisfied with their quality or the Goods arrive damaged then you must advise us within 5 days in writing. In the event of the Goods being damaged we may ask you to return or retain the Goods until our Insurance Claim is settled. If you return undamaged Goods in good condition, then upon receipt we will refund the price of the Goods (but not the cost of returning them to us).

Data Protection

We will not give out, sell or rent information about you to any other Company or Supplier. Your details will not be used by us or forwarded by us to any third parties for the purposes of unsolicited marketing.

We shall be entitled to vary or cancel any Contract with you, if necessary, through Act of God, war, strike, lock-outs, fire, flood, tempest, or any other cause beyond our control or if we are unable, for any reason, to obtain the Goods needed to perform our contract with you, when we shall not be responsible in any way to you for inability to deliver any Goods caused by such contingencies.

Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses and thus you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this website.

Wedding Stationery

 A Non - Refundable deposit will be required at time of ordering. 

Samples are available on request and a small fee of £5 will be charged for up to three cards.
