Yay! ^.^ I finally got a fanfic from I am Morphis! Thanks a bunch J. C. and don't hesitate to send me more! So, *drum roll* here it is:
Disclaimer: I don't own these characters, AIC has full rights to them, also I'm not a fan of ether aeka or ryoko I like them both, but Ryoko fans will like this, it shows Ryoko’s softer, but still tough side.
Tenchi universe
Ryoko's heartache
Ryoko hadn't slept after the dream she had, she had been up all night. Normally is was Sasami who had the bad dreams, but not last night. Ryoko finally gave in and got up off the couch. Ryoko had dreamed of a secret she had kept from every one even Washu, which was not an easy thing to do. Ryoko moved across the room trying, to think of something else.By the time the sun started to come up she believed everything of that dream would be forgotten like it never really happened. She was wrong, when Sasami came down stairs she saw Ryoko sitting on the floor.
Sasami gave her a smile " wow Ryoko your up early today"
Ryoko stood up slowly from the floor " hello Sasami" she said weakly
Sasami gave her worryed look Sasami knew something was wrong " are you ok Ryoko, your not sick are you"
" no I'm fine " Ryoko walked half way threw the wall leading outside " If anyone asks I needed a walk" Ryoko stepped out and walked off
Tenchi had just woken up to find Ryoko was not in, on ,or over his bed. Tenchi always thought he would love this day, but something was wrong ever since Ryoko came to earth she had always been there every morning. He quickly got up,dress and down the stairs even before Sasami called him. Aeke was sitting the couch where Tenchi had believed Ryoko would be.
"Aeka have you seen Ryoko this morning" Tenchi asked
Aeka was hurt he didn't even say " hi" or " good morning Aeka" she sighed " no Tenchi I haven't and I don't care to"
Sasami poked her head in " she said she was going for a walk, she look really bad tenchi I hope she's ok"
The morning turn to noon, and noon to night. Ryoko had still not come home yet even Aeka was getting worried, Aeke never believed Ryoko would be gone this long she didn't even see Tenchi. Aeka took back that thought of worry when Ryoko came up from the floor almost giving Aeka a heart attack.
Sasami smiled " Ryoko your back"
"are you ok "Tenchi asked her
Ryoko nodded and left the room heading for washu's lab. Ryoko knocked on the door to the lab and the door openned. "come in, or go away you know I don't like the door openned" washu yelled. Ryoko walked into the lab the door disappeared behind her. Ryoko rethought the idea of talking to washu about this washu had never really help her before, even if she was her mother she didn't act like it.
"ah Ryoko I have heard you have been out all today Sasami came and tolled me she thinks something is wrong, is there" washu may have acted worryed but Ryoko could see past her she saw Ryoko as an other test or something like that, but Ryoko had to tell some one
"well washu I" Ryoko was cut off
"call me little washu" she smile
Ryoko mumbled something " little washu do you remember when kagato had me"
"yes, he had you for a long time does he have some thing to do with this" Washu used her hovering chair to be at Ryoko's eye level
Ryoko nodded " remember one time he said he would make some one better then me to kill you"
"yes he never did" Washu paused "wait Ryoko did he do it"
Ryoko held back tears " he sort of made it, he took my DNA changed it and he put it" Ryoko trailed off
" he made you have a baby didn't he" Washu started to become angry at the dead man
she nodded " at first I hated the baby, but he would look up at me and smile he was the first person not afraid of my or who wanted to use me"
" you became attached" Washu stood up now
"I knew by the small brown tail he wasn't fully mine, but I didn't care when I broke free he was five, I tried to take him with me, but I couldn't" Ryoko was crying now
" Ryoko why do you thing your haveing the dream now" washu asked
" I don't know"
Washu sighed " if I may say so Tsunami has been know to show othere people,but Sasami things what was the dream about"
"well I was sitting outside with Tenchi when I saw a green ryo-ohki, it landed and I saw a boy step out it was him my son Ryo" Ryoko said softly
Washu moved across the room to her computer it was turnned on and many lights flashed on the keyboard Washu quickly typed away bringing up earth she typed some more and the earth become smaller and showed a dot that was on a track for earth
" 12 A.M this thing come into view at first I was sure it was Nagi, but looking a bit closer I found" she zoomed in on the small dot. " that to my amazment it was green and not white"
Ryoko moved closer to the screen she touch he finger to the image for the ship that was headed for earth " so Ryoko do you think you should go prepare, and talk to the others, he'll be here in two days at the most"
Ryoko nodded, and walking out of the lab wondering how she was going to tell everyone. She paused out side the lab trying to thing how to tell them, she knew Aeke may use this to make it look like she was sleeping around and had the kid to prove it. Aeke was always doing that kind of thing, but Ryoko knew if it was Aeka in her shoes she would do the same thing. Ryoko walked in to the living room " everyone I need to talk" Ryoko said this so seriously, that even Aeke sat down to hear this
"Ryoko" Sasami's mouth was almost on the floor so was every one else's. Tenchi look confused " but Ryoko how would he know where you are". Ryoko didn't say anything she looked at washu who had just come in the room searching for and answer.
" well" washu started "I am connected to Ryoko,so there it would be easy to say he may be connected to Ryoko." washu paused "but he has come too far for that to be right"
Ryoko sighed "than what is the answer" "do I need to tell every one every thing " washu said
Aeka grinned " you don't know know do you" washu frowned " no i don't, so well wait till he comes and well ask him" Tenchi looked at Ryoko " how old would he be now"
Ryoko though "well he was frozen when I saw him last, so he could be your age, or maybe sasami's"
" but if he was sasami's age how can he fly the ship" Kiyone ask who had been listening from the front door
"well I would think kagato would have programmed him alittle" Washu noted
"no he wasn't, kagato never touched him" Ryoko snapped
" I think she's making it up, it's too odd" Aeka said shaking her head
"well my birth was odd too" Ryoko said
" mine too" Mayuka looked over, she felt over looked
Ryo woke up inside a tall tube he was 14, the tube openned slowly the last thing he remembered was kagato's face telling him he was on a mission. Ryo was tolled the evil Washu had taken and brain washed his mother. Kagato had also said his mother could not be saved so he was to kill every one in the masaki house even his mother. Ryo didn't like the idea for killing his mother, but Kagato said it wasn't her anymore. he wasn't to sure if he could believe kagato. At that thought a painfull headache came and, quickly went away, yet two hours had past.
Tenchi very much disliked cleaning the many steps on these hot summer days well every one was at the spring he had to clean the steps, well almost every one. His shadow mayuka was close behind with a million questions " but daddy why is it you who has to clean them" tenchi would have loved to snap in that question and say well no one else helps around here, but he knew that wasn't all true sasami helpped some times aeka, very rarely ryoko did too. “ because it’s my job mayuka” tenchi looked up at the sky “ i wonder how Mihoshi’s doing up there”
Mihoshi sat in her cramped cockpit stuffing her face with anything she could get her hands on at the time it was her turn to patrol the area. Kiyone had the Idea of different times, Mihoshi didn’t like it too much. Mihoshi sat up when a red light flashed. “ oh dear what now how
do I do this” she pushed different buttons trying to find which one. “ ah here we are” a green ship popped in to view, she turnned on the speaker. “ Hi this is the galaxy police, your not suppose to be this close to this world ya know.” A small T.V turnned it self on showing a boy about two years older then sasami who was now 12 “ the GP what are you doing here” Mihoshi not being the brightist bulb in the circuit began tell him how each and everyone had got there. The small green ship began to move closer
“ didn’t you hear me your too close silly, this is a neutral world” the boys image faded. Mihoshi frowned “ I think I should call Kiyone”
Kiyone’s small phone rang in her jacket. “ watch it’s going to be her I know it, can’t she leave me be” Kiyone said to washu who was trying for once to relax. “ hello” Kiyone said sounding tired “ Kiyone a ship keeps coming I tolled him to stop, but he won’t” Kiyone sighed “ tell him again, and if he dosen’t you’ll shoot him down” Washu stood up “ mm Kiyone that could be....” they heard mihoshi give the command and a loud blast and wack “Kiyone help, Kiyone his shooting at me instead” there was thud in a electric noise then the phone went dead “MIHOSHI TALK TO ME THATS AN ORDER” Kiyone screamed “Kiyone it’s ok I the noise was a dissabler shot no one would dare kill a GP over nothing like that” washu said walking away under her breath she added “ I hope it’s not who I think it is”
Tenchi was just about to go in to his house when Ryoko came through the door running in to him knocking him down follow by the door openning and Aeka coming out just in time to knock him down again. “ whats going on do I always have to come home to this kind of thing, huh you two” Ryoko pause in mid air “ but tenchiii she’s being mean to me again” “ me being mean to you, thats not what happen you put a bug in my food” Ryoko laughed “ sure I did, tenchi i thing she’s going nuts on us” “ nuts, it’s you who is crazy not I” Tenchi sat down on a near by rock thinking they may forget he was there. “ well Tenchi” Aeka said “ who is right” Tenchi got up and backed toward the house “ now girls I just got home, ask sasami” Ryoko appeared behind him “Tenchi tell her to leave me alone she always calls me a evil monster, ugly demon, or something like that it hurts me” the fighting was broken up by washu, Kiyone, and sasami rushing out side washu looked up “ there he is and he’s towing Mihoshi behind him”
The ship landed in front of the house a light came from the cabbit ship and a young boy most likey 13, or 14 came out of it. “Ryo is that you” Ryoko called out “ over here mom” Ryoko phased over to Ryo and gave him a quick hug trying to look tough like she alway was. Kiyone stormed over “ hey what did you to Mihoshi” Mayuka heard
the yelling and came out of the house. Ryo looked to Ryoko “ mom she fired first I had to save my self” Ryoko looked over to Mihoshi who was coming out of the ship now. Kiyone looked to Ryoko who walked for to Mihoshi “Ryoko you can’t believe him Mihoshi can barely find the weapons never mind use them” Ryoko stared at Mihoshi “Mihoshi why did you do that !” Tenchi hurried over “ Ryoko please we don’t know what happen” by this time Ryoko had Mihoshi in her hand. Ryoko put her down and turnned to Tenchi, Aeka stood in front of Tenchi “Ryoko I will not let you hurt him” Ryoko snorted “ how dare you ever think i would hurt him Aeka this is a all time low even for you” Aeka frowned “ well it looked like you were going to”
Ryo backed away from the two “ sorry if my coming caused any trouble I can leave if you want me to” Aeka felt a little bad even if he was Ryoko’s son “ no it is not your fault it” Sasami laughed “ yeah this always happens here” Mayuka was behind Sasami staring at Ryo. “well” Katsuhito said coming from the shrine “I see we have one more visiter, lucky for us Mihoshi and Kiyone live else where, or my son would need to rebuild the house” Kiyone looked to Ryo then moved to Washu “ I don’t trust him” Washu turnned to her “ I trust Ryo, I don’t trust Kagato”
Ryo spent the night in his ship Yo-ki, he wasn’t sure about anything now his mother was acting so nice to him, she wasn’t very nice to most the others maybe Kagato was wrong. Ryo got up and walk down a long hall to the middle of his ship where a large compter was. “Kagato my mom is fine she acts so happy here” the compter turnned on “ Ryo I tolled you what I want done and now I want something else” long ropes came from the computer and touched Ryo’s head “ the girl she’s just 12, I won’t copy them from her” the computer sent shocks through the ropes “ she has ten light hawk wings I want you to have ten so you must copy from her” Ryo bowed his head
Ryo stood outside Sasami’s door, Ryo had become part of the wall by the door “Sasami come out here I have to show you something” Sasami slowly woke up from her sleep and got dress “ I wonder what he wants at this time of the night” she openned the door then shut it behind her. Ryo had formed a small spike on the end of his tail as she walked over he stuck it in to her stomach and held her mouth closed with one hand. Sasami felt pain all over so bad she could even yell or scream. She fell to the ground after five minutes of it the person who did was gone. She let out a loud painfull grown then passed out.
“ lil Washu will she be ok” Tenchi ask what every one else was thinking “ I don’t know yet she’s in a coma” “I think it was Ryo” Aeka called out “ think he shows up and this happens” Ryoko shook her head “ Aeka he’d never plus what ever was done to her is’t something even i could do” Washu sort of nodded “ in theory Ryoko would be right but Ryo is different from Ryoko, so most likely it was Ryo” Tenchi put his hand on Ryoko’s shoulder “ I’m sorry Ryoko, but if Mayuka had done this i would under stand what needed to be done” Ryoko pulled away “ thats a lie Tenchi I knew she was up to something, sorry mayuka i mean the old you, and Tenchi you hit me defending her so don’t give me that” Tenchi sigh “ Ryoko your right , but Mayuka was being controlled”
Washu laughed “ of couse, I am a genius Kagato must have something like that to Ryo, so we find him grap him and fix it” “ one thing he has ten light hawk wings” Katsuhito said grimly Washu sighed “ ah yes that is the trick is’t it, well we need to hope he can’t use them yet” they turnned to see Ryoko was gone so was Tenchi
Ryo woke up on the ground out side his head was pounding, he couldn’t really figure out what gad happen for a minute. “ I can’t believe I did that’ “well you did” Ryoko looked down at him. Ryo sighed weakly “ well I gusses your going to have to kill me now, since only Juri are suppose to have the light hawk wings” Ryoko shook her head “ I am not here to kill you” “I’m not ether” Tenchi spoke up. Ryo sat up from the cold ground, it had started to rain. “ but what about what just happen” Ryoko shrugged “ I’ve been given another chance before, shouldn’t you” Ryo shook his head “no it could happen again I’ll just turn myself over to the royal court” someone came from behind “I will not let you do that” Aeka said calmly “ You maybe Ryoko’s son but I think even people of your types can be given a second chance” Ryo stood up “ you don’t understand I will do it again, if I’m give the chance again it’s my programing” Washu came over and hit him off the head “ programming can always be undone, any way it’s not just the programming thats doing it , where is your ship right now” Ryo turnned “Yo-ki come here” a small green cabbit bounded up the hill “ Ryo can you have her change”
Ryo nodded and pointed to the cabbit made a fist then openned it fingers spread apart. It quickly changed “ he’s really got her trained” Washu whispered to Ryoko
Washu was now followed by the others into the cabbit it was smaller then Ryo-ohki. Washu saw the ship was made for speed, and for ship to ship attacks where Ryoko’s was not as fast but could blast apart a city. Washu knew the reason for this was Ryoko and Ryo were suppose to be counter parts, one for heavy hitting the other for fighter cover “ very nice, very nice I could have done better, nice any way” Washu bragged, she held a small rod with a t.v on it “ lil Washu what is that ?” Aeka asked “you’ll see when we get there” she lead them down a long hall to a large computer “wake up Kagato” Washu yelled, the computer blinked “ ah Washu you don’t know how happy I’m to see you” Ryo walked up to the computer “Ryo where are you going” Mayuka asked “he’s mine remember, now Ryo can you please take care of my old friend and her failed attempt at using the gems”
Ryo use the light hawk wings to form body armor, the light hawk sword and a shield
Sasami woke up quickly from Tsunami calling her, and her a small voice in her mined “ Sasami take me into the ship outside” Sasami shook her head “ no I’m not going, and you can’t make me I was hurt earlier, you didn’t even try to help me, i hate you” “ Sasami your friends will die” “but I” Tsunami’s fade Image appeared in front of her “ok Sasami let’s make a deal, then I know your afraid of merging with me right” Sasami nodded “ afraid you won’t be Sasami anymore right” Sasami nodded again “ well I’ll promise if you do this when we merge you will have full control of your self, I will still be with you, and are powers will be easier to use, deal” Sasami knew if she did this one of her greatest fears would be gone “ deal, and you can’t go back on it, never and forever”
Tenchi was out of luck, with this game, he had three, Ryo had ten. Kiyone who had rushed over as soon as she heard of Sasami was knocked out cold, Mihoshi was crying behind him. Tenchi looked at Ryoko had tried to stop her son with out harming him, but she could think about that now she now was trying to kill her son, for Tenchi’s sake. Seeing this ate at Tenchi’s heart, the way she had spoken of him and now this. The second sad thing was Ryoko was not making much head way. Ryo threw her to the ground and turnned a light hawk wing into a heavy half circle and put it over Ryoko so she couldn’t get up and held his sword to her neck. There was a flash of light and Ryo flew slamming against a wall. A faded Sasami stood next to Tsunami “Ryo stop this” the armor, shield,and half ring shuddered, and smashed two bits. “ wow she destoryed three of his light hawk wings” Tenchi said amazed. Washu took this time to grab a chair and smash the large computer which then exploded and collapsed in on it self. Ryo who had just startedto run at Washu fell to the floor “Washu is he dead” Mayuka asked “ heck no he’ll just wake up with one bad headache, thats all” Aeka sighed and turnned to Ryoko “ Ryoko you really tried to kill him didn’t you” she nodded slowly “ it was the only way that I could think of” Aeka smiled, and put an arm around her “ Ryoko maybe your not as bad as I think you are” maybe Ryoko did what she did next, not being able to believe Aeka was telling the truth, or more likely because Ryoko didn’t want to admit sometimes she felt the same way. She pushed Aeke back making her fall in the mud " your not tricking me Aeka" and flew towards the house
About two weeks later think were as normel as thing’s get at the Masaki house. Sasami call out from the living room “ Aeka, Tenchi, Ryoko,Washu, Mayuka, Ryo time to eat” Ryoko came down from the ceiling flying into the room laughing, followed by Ryo “ mom if you dump cold water on my head one more time I swear I’ll tie Tenchi to a tree” “ leave me out of this please” Tenchi said fron behind Aeka “ yes leave my Tenchi alone” Aeka and Ryoko said. “ Aeke he’s mine not your so shut up” “ oh no he’s mine I helped him the other day” “ yeah right you had Sasami do it and said you did it” “Aeka I worked all day on the windows how could you” Sasami said Tenchi shook his head knowing he’d miss them if they where gone.
