This is the person that you don't take into a really expensive antique store. Even though she doesn't do it on purpose, she always manages to screw up EVERYTHING! No wonder Kiyone is having a mental breakdown.

Mihoshi is First Class Detective with her partner being Kiyone (who never can get higher than first class because of Mihoshi's spastic nature. Although she manages to wreak destruction where-ever she goes, Mihoshi manages to collect masses of info. (notice I didn't say that the info she collected was useful) Here's an example . . . Her report on Tenchi and his multiple friend was so huge (meaning that she gathered so much information) that it tied up the Holy Council of Jurai for weeks to paraphrase it! The only reason she's made it to first class detective is b/c of Kiyone (poor Kiyone!) But it also doesn't hurt that your grandfather is the Marshal of the Galaxy Police.

Even though Mihoshi is a clutz, a slob, a sleep adict, breaks everything in her path, and is a ditz . . . she has her appeal in a naive, innocent sort of way.
