Noboyuki is the father of Tenchi and a real perv. In short, he’s having a hay-day with six girls living at his house. There’s not much on Noboyuki in Tenchi Muyo; he’s just a cool, comical character to help this show become possible.

Noboyuki likes technical/technological stuff, but his true love is architecture. He designed and built his house with the skylight being Achika’s idea. By the way, if you didn’t know, Achika is his wife (who died after Tenchi was 5 or so.)

Noboyuki was really shy (and pretty cute) in high school, and started drawing designs for houses then. He and Achika were high school sweethearts.
