Tenchi Masaki is a 17 year old Japanese guy (with an abnormally round face . . .) who's life gets absolutely turned upside-down by 6 alien women. It all started when Tenchi awakened Ryoko from her 700 year sleep, imprisoned in a cave. Ayeka and her sister, Sasami then come to Earth when they detect Ryoko's life force. Then lil' ol' Mihoshi crashes into the hot springs with her spaceship. Of course you can't forget Washu, she was trapped in another dimension of Kagato's ship. Then there's Kiyone (the only normal one out of the whole bunch) searching for Mihoshi (secretly hoping that she's dead).

Now, let's get to the family tree part . . . Tenchi's father is Noboyuki and his mother is Achika and Achika's father is Yosho. Since Yosho is of the royal blood line of Jurai, Tenchi is technically of Royal blood too.

Tenchi can creat 3 lighthawk wings. The most ever made is 10 and that was by Tsunami, a goddess. Yosho, his grandfather can make only one. Tenchi's power isn't apparent in his normal activities. Either he or people that he loves have to be threatened his hidden power to emerge. Now you know why Washu want's him to be her guinea pig ^.~
