No footer - To do a no-footer pedal up to the lip as you normally would and Get in the air as you normally would.  As soon as your back wheel leaves the lip start to take your feet off.  As soon as your feet are off the pedals kick them out and then bring them back before you land.  At first it is easier if you just take your feet straight up a few inches so you get the feel of doing a no-footer.  It is very important to get your feet back on the pedals so you don't feel tremendous pain.  If you are not sure that you will make your feet back onto the pedals get your body back behind the seat and land your feet and bike on the ground at the same time.  If you don't think you are going to make it and you don't get your feet on then you will break your ...  So the above statement will help you very greatly.
 
One Hander - To do a one-hander pedal up to the lip as fast as you usually would and pull up as you normally would.  When in the air lean back a little more than normal and take your hand off.  It helps if at first you take all of your fingers off except your thumb and get the feel for you front end going down a little.  Then you can start lifting your hand off a little at a time.  A few inches at first and then bigger.  Be prepared for the front end to drop a little though.  Then return you hand to the handlebars and if your front end dove, or your bars turned a little then correct it and land as normal.
Rocket - To do a rocket, you should know how to do a no-footer.  Pedal up to the lip as you normally would do for a no-footer and when you would normally do a no-footer kick your feet back to the rear pegs, or if you don't have pegs your rear axle.  These are half way to a superman.  When doing these your front end might have the tendency to come up, but just lean a little more forward than usual and you should be fine.  If you think you are going to loop because you are to far back it would be a really good idea to bail, because you will loop hard if you don't.  
Superman - Well, you want to learn a superman?  Then you're reading the right article.  First off you need to have no-footers wired, if you don't, do not attemp this trick.  You should be able to get no footers out-stretched pretty far, if you can then supermans might be good to learn.  This is a dangerous trick when you are learning it so ride carefully and wear safety equipment.  First off approach the jump like you are going to do a no-footer.  Once you get in the air and kick your feet back toward your rear wheel.  When you do it extend your arms and bring your feet together and once you reach your peak in the air start bringing it back.  Make sure you get your feet back on so you don't crush your ribs on the seat or break your...When you first start doing them it helps if you only kick your feet back as far as the rear wheel and then just keep getting it better.  Well good luck.
