Dear Prayer Warriors,

The Revivals, Camps and Vacation Bible Schools have started…..and with these Godly activities starting on the reservation Satan starts with the dust storms.

Jeremiah 12:10 Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness.

11 They have made it desolate, and being desolate it mourneth unto me; the whole land is made desolate, because no man layeth it to heart.

12 The spoilers are come upon all high places through the wilderness: for the sword of the LORD shall devour from the one end of the land even to the other end of the land: no flesh shall have peace.

13 They have sown wheat, but shall reap thorns: they have put themselves to pain, but shall not profit: and they shall be ashamed of your revenues because of the fierce anger of the LORD.

Jeremiah 50:12 Your mother shall be sore confounded; she that bare you shall be ashamed: behold, the hindermost of the nations shall be a wilderness, a dry land, and a desert.

Deuteronomy 28:24 The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Many of you who have visited us can give testimony of the power Satan has over the Reservation. We have never been able to have a tent revival or a camp meeting without these horrible dust storms. You can always count on a memorable experience…if the Lord is moving. Now, sure there have been times that the dust did not come during a meeting…but I did not feel the power of the Holy Spirit there anyway so it is obvious that Satan had nothing to fear.

One story I will tell you happened at Navajo Baptist Temple a few years ago. We had such a wonderful Revival at that time with Missionary Earnest Best. The weather was calm and peaceful. The sun was shining and we had several missionaries and pastors who had traveled in to take part in the Revival. Then the medicine man walked in, and sat down. The wind did not start slowly, and the clouds did not drift in on the breeze…they swooped in under the tent like a hurricane in the desert. The tent was almost ripped out of the ground and a spiritual battle began in the roof of the tent. All the missionaries and preachers dropped to their knees and began to pray…and the wind died down just enough for Bro. Best to yell his sermon over the screaming wind.

When the invitation began the roof of the tent began to vibrate and shake like there was an invisible wrestling match going on right above us. Some of the women began to cry, and the little children grabbed their mothers legs and buried their faces in their skirts.

All the Christians under the tent began to pray out loud…when suddenly the medicine man stood up…and walked to the front and fell on his knees. When he stood up again the wind stopped as if someone shut the door. ‘boom’

This is not a made up story of the mission field…this is just our life. Several have come to see it for themselves, and we have many more stories to tell. The best news of all is that people are getting saved!!! In the Jail every week, in the Juvenile

Rehabilitation Center, one on one soul winning, at the Mission Church in Red Valley and here at Bro. Walters church. We are running 19 faithful teenagers at our church out in Red Valley. They are getting ready to go to camp up in Colorado next week and desperately trying to raise money. We love them so much, and I can see that the future of our Native Church lay in their hands.

Isaiah 35:6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

Thank you for being a part of it all, we could not do it without you.

In His Service,

Bro. Bobby Harjo and the Tribe
