We're coming up to another of those pesky side trails. It appears the trail goes on straight for quite a ways when actually it turns left just past this tall group of trees.
Then it starts its gradual drop into the valley.
After passing through a group of pines, the trail continues down.
This blazed tree reassures us that we're still on the trail.
The trail starts to get muddy as we enter the bottom land. Traffic noises start to intrude on the quiet.
Hop the creek and your near the end of this section of the Buckeye Trail.
Coming out of the trees you find yourself on Ira Road just west of Riverview. Head east and you'll find the Towpath and more running, if you feel up to it.
