Maria (Trees, Theresa) BOEKEMA was born on 14 Mar 1934 in Leeuwarden.
She resided San Carlos, CA. Arrived from Holland in Galveston, Texas on 30
June 1960 to work in the John Sealy Hospital as an exchange visitor nurse, sponsored
by the Dutch Nurses Association. She met there her husband and went to California
in August 1961, after their marriage invited by Dick's friend from College. Dick
was educated in Bellarmine Highschool and Seattle University, both run by the
Jesuits.
They sponsored Carel (Carolus) to come to the United States who lives now in
San Jose.

She was married to Richard Michael LYNAM (son
of Edward Richard DR. LYNAM and Eleanor
M. MARONEY) on 27 Jun 1961 in Galverston, Texas (Sacred Heart Church).
Richard Michael LYNAM was born on 28 Aug 1934 in Tacoma, Washington.
His paternal grandparents were born in Ontario (email from Theresa: 19 May 2002).
He was a Probation officer. Worked for 30 years for San Mateo County, first
5 years with Juveniles and the rest with adults. Retired in 1998. Theresia Agatha
Regina Maria (Trees, Theresa) BOEKEMA and Richard Michael LYNAM had the following
