White, pink or red construction paper
Wiggle eyes

Step 1.- cut out two hearts from construction paper...the easiest way to do this is to fold the paper in half and cut out half a heart. Then gleu the two hearts together
Step 2. - Cut four rectangles of construction paper for the arms and legs. Fold the rectangles like a fan and release to add some diminsion to the arms and legs. Glue the arms and legs to the hearts.
Step 3.- Cut out eyes and a mouth using construction paper...or you can use wiggle eyes...glue to face and allow to dry.
Step 4.= Poke a small hole in the top of the head and thread ribbon or string through it. Tie the ends of the ribbon together and he is ready for hanging!
