Capricorn is the most stable of all the Zodiac signs. They are loyal, dependable, charitable, self-controlled, self-reliant, serious and never give up. People born under this Sign are both honest, ambitious, careful, disciplined, determined and dedicated to achieving. They have an excellent sense of timing. Hardworking, unemotional, shrewd, realistic, practical, this type is normally confident, strong willed, calm and very cautious not to get in over their heads. Others may see Capricorns as domineering or egotistic workaholics, but they are patient and purposeful when working towards a goal. They possess a great deal of drive, and their sense of duty to responsibilities is very strong.
Subtly intellectual, they think profoundly with little originality, have good memories and an insatiable desire for knowledge. They are rational, logical, clearheaded, have good concentration, and delight in debate in which they can show off their cleverness by luring their adversaries into traps to confound them with logic.
In long-term personal relationships they are often ill-at-ease, if not downright unhappy. They can be very wary and suspicious of others. They prefer not to meddle with others nor to allow interference with themselves, putting a lot of value on personal privacy. They can be cold and aloof. Casual acquaintances they will treat with diplomacy and tact. They are intensely loyal to friends, but make bitter, revengeful enemies.
Most Capricorns are sexually insatiable, slow to give their heart, but once committed, they are inclined to be faithful. Love, caring, marriage and fidelity are very important to them. Having a partner they can count on means a great deal to them. Outwardly, Capricorns are very composed, but you can bet inside raging passion and earthy lustiness are dying to come out in animal passion, and often they loose their reserve behind closed doors.

Capricorns are economical and scrupulous, wizards with money, but they can also be materialistic and greedy. While Capricorns love to partake of fine food, art, entertainment , they also like to save and see their stash grow. They tend to be responsible. Sometimes they may be overly critical, even bossy, but this is due to their strong desire to accomplish, not a desire to be rude. In fact, Capricorns are generally polite because they understand that making enemies will not help them succeed in life.
Capricorns focus on work. While the path is not always smooth, their determination to succeed ensures they will push on. They can be rigid and unforgiving when others stand in their way. They are business leaders, often starting businesses, leading companies or coming up with new ideas. They are conservative, rarely risking too much, but their organizational ability combined with their diligence helps them achieve. They are reliable workers in almost any profession they undertake. But they are neither original nor creative and can only develop what others invent or initiate. They can be narrow-minded and over-critical of people not as ambitious as they are.
Within their limits, they are resourceful, determined managers, setting themselves and others high standards. Honest in their criticism of self, they respect discipline. They expect their underlings to perform every task to the own high standards, but are fair, as well as demanding. In their slow, tough, stubborn, unyielding way they persist against boredom, frustration, and hardship to reach their objectives long after more brilliant and impulsive people have given up. Capricorns are the people to hire when practical business ability, ambition and lust for power or wealth are needed in employees to make a project succeed, . They plan carefully , are economical ( often becoming wealthy) and actualize great results with minimum effort and expense. Because of their organizational skills, they are able to work on several projects simultaneously.
The occupations most suited for Capricorns have to do with math, money and music. They can be economists, financiers, bankers, speculators, accountants, bookkeepers, contractors, managers and real estate brokers. They excel at projects demanding long-term planning and working.
