8.35 PM
After once again looking for a parking spot, we arrive at the club ... Wonderful, the people are already queueing up to get it ... the excitement really starts to kick in and we get in to make last preparations, talk to some of our friends and generally get in the mood to play. As the concert was scheduled at 9 PM, the rules of the musician's guild say that we can't possibly start until 9.15. However, we even wait a little longer, as there were so many people still trying to get in. So now, at 9.40 PM, it's lights out, spots to the stage and off we go with our first tune for the evening ... something fast, to get the people warmed up.
