Char's Sausage Cheese Biscuits

Things you will need:

• 2 1/2 c. all purpose baking mix (I use Martha White's Recip-Ease)
• 2/3 c. milk
• 1# ground sausage (Owen's, Jimmy Dean's, or a similar brand)
• 1/2 c. margarine or butter
• 1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta or similar or American)

Brown sausage and drain.  Prepare baking mix and milk, and stir well.  Add softened butter or margarine and mix well.  Mix in sausage and cheese and stir well.  Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 450 for approximately 8-10 minutes or until done.  

These are a big hit with my family and I always make a double batch!
