Things you will need:
Soften up the garlic butter and spread inside and out of chicken (s), shake seasoning all over. Let sit for about an hour. Slow bake at 325 for one and a half to two hours.
You can use my cornbread dressing recipe to stuff the chicken or use "stove top" -- you can even leave it "empty" :-)))))
I use this same recipe for baked turkey -- of course, the cooking time is much longer :-)))))
