CHAR'S CANDIED SWEET POTATOES

Things you will need:

• 1 large can of cut sweet potatoes 
• 2 TB of cinammon (or as desired)
• 1/2 cup of sugar (or as desired)

I do not measure much of anything, so I just add and taste to see if the sugar and cinammon match :-)  Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat till liquid is candied (real thick). Enjoy!
