CHAR'S CAJUN CORN SOUP

Things you will need:  

Brown seasoned meat and simmer a couple of hours.  Drain.  Add remaining ingredients with water as desired.  Bring to a boil, then simmer over medium heat till meat is fork tender and soup is desired consistency.  Serve piping hot with Ritz type crackers.  Be sure to have a bottle of Tabasco sauce handy for the adventurous tastebuds!  This is one of my favorite meals from childhood, and I tried to remember the dish as best I could. My mom cooks the way most Cajuns do, i.e., off the top of our heads :-)
