CHAR'S CREAMED POTATOES

Things you will need:

• Potatoes, boiled and peeled (# depends on how much you want to make)
• butter/margarine
• evaporated milk
• salt and pepper (to taste)

Allow butter/margarine to melt with potatoes (how much you use is really up to you -- I use a lot of it cause I use a lot of potatoes!!!), beat with mixer and add milk gradually to desired consistency.  Salt and pepper to taste.  This is a great side dish for roast, baked chicken, and brisket.
