Comments: Well, we finally found a place to catch crawfish!!!!!!!!!!:-) The only problem is that the shells are so hard, even this REAL CAJUN, has problems peeling. Have any idea how to soften the shells. Miss you guys on the ring. We will have to redo our site and find someplace to put it. Bob does not like The Geocities pop up every few minutes. :-(

Comments: We love cajun food--lived in the boot of Louisiana for 3 years and miss the food! Have a close friend from the Texas/Louisana border area--he's a great cajun cook. His wife is a pain in the rear sometimes--so decided to find our own recipes to make on the bad days--we tried the Shrimp Piloo--wonderful! You were correct about stirring the rice--we also had to add more liquic--but it fantastic. We also added a few slices of Chorizo sausage--that was good in it also. Thanks (By the way--part of our problem in having to add so much more liquid must have been the pot we used--what exactly is a magnalite pot? The old blue speckled roasters?)
