(comments) I spent about six of my younger years in southern Louisiana in and around the Louisiana/Cajun culture and I loved it! I've always wanted to return and seeing all of these recipees and a few other 'Cajun type' sites on the net makes me want to load up and take off now! I know I'm going to enjoy these Cajun recipees and you can bet I'm going to share them with some friends. There are a few local Cajun places to eat, but without saying "That aint Cajun!"...let's just say I can tell by reading these recipees that they won't hold a candle to you! By the way, I found this site by reading it in the NetGuide magazine mentioned earlier in this site. Thanks a million for what I've found in here! I'm sure I'll put them all to use...they all sound too good not to!
