Please fill out this Form.  If you feel comfortable include your mailing address.  A hard copy will be placed in the Laurens County Library so local people can read and possibly contact you by mail.  Please make note of any information submitted and send me any changes you may have in your e-mail address.  I often get e-mail from people not being able to make contact because of bad e-mail addresses.
* Note: A few people have reported getting an error message after hitting the submit button on the form. If this happens, please just e-mail me your information. I am trying to fix the problem.

All other information:

E-mail to me.  Documents created in Wordpad or Notepad are the easiest for me to work with when I create a web page, however I will be glad to try and use any text format you may have.  Generally speaking pictures are large and use up too much web space.  I will be glad to link your personal non commercial web site to Queries or other information you submit.
