Twenty-five years ago Southern Decadence Day was a few hundred gay and straight people dressing up and wandering around the Quarter just to celebrate our differentness and to shock and bemuse the "normal" locals and tourists.
Today SD is almost as big a tourist trap as Mardi Gras with A-List Circuit Party StudPuppies clogging up the streets acting masculine. We sissies and freaks intend to take it back! Watch out at SD2000! Radical action must be taken! How do you make sarin gas again.....?
