Sim City: With almost all games today being of the
violent sort, Maxis has created some
very good simulation games. The ultimate classic is sim city. You play
the mayor of a city in the future. You are responsible for budget, taxes,
road and sewer construction, and most importantly zoning. One of my other
favorite sim type game is sim tower, where you oversee the construction
of a massive skyscraper. Has a nice learning curve but is very entertaining.
I have even found one for kid's called sim safari. Get the demo here. One
sim game to avoid is sim ant. Not really worth the time in my opinion.

The actual game: I went ahead and
uploaded the game. Simply download these two files. Once downloaded just
unzip onto 2 floppies and run the install from disk #1. *NoteI
had problems running under win95 with a Logitech mouse driver.
