As "chief cook and bottle-washer", I was responsible for anything and everything, and if I didn't already know how to do something, I learned in a hurry.

Bookkeeping, computer database maintenance, and supervision of 3-person audit staff for 120-unit resort hotel with 120,000 sq. ft. office complex. Also installed and maintained sound and lighting equipment in the hotel's nightclub, installed satellite and cable-tv systems in the various offices, did extra duty on weekends as a DJ in the nightclub and bartender for receptions and weddings. Did a little of everything and learned a lot.

Vanishings, smoke, flames, explosions, and general onstage mayhem. Once devised a way to light a cigarette with an ice cube. Did two major shows (Dames at Sea and Once Upon a Mattress).
