I can't let this go by, tho like you I have concern about the topicity
(neat word, eh?) but let's leave that concern to the modkin.

I have a corner on the market for a particular bit of Southern history:
nowhere in the world but on my web page can you learn about the nation
named the West Florida Republic, due entirely to US Gov't censorship of
our history. For real. After the unsolicited US invasion in 1810, our
Declaration of Independence, our Constitution, our court and legislative
records and our entire history were captured and classified. From Baton Rouge
to Pensacola on the Gulf, the US military occupation in the 1860's was not the
first time for us, but the second. The secret has been kept to this day...

The US behavior toward the independent West Florida Republic was prima facie
criminal conduct. For this reason, our history has never been released.
