Welcome to the premiere issue of Suspended in Dusk.

I can't tell you what has posessed me to take on a project like this. Normally, I'm a rather laid-back person with a bit of a lazy streak. Rarely does adrenalin ever course through these blue veins. However, I do have the good fortune to have many talented friends. Heh. Needless to say, they helped support this venture and save my ass when it came to putting this together.

Thanks guys!

Am I qualified to put a semi-professional magazine together with a flair for the gothic-punk horror and vampire fantasy? No. Do I care? No.

Mmm! Babes in a graveyard! Yum!

What matters is I enjoy everything related to this venture. It was fun putting this first issue together. The theme, the coding of the web pages, the graphic alterations and monstrous creations -- I love each part of it and hope you enjoyed the fruits of my labor. If not, go away! - j/k.

Inside you will find original submissions written by these gifted individuals. I urge you to take the time to show your appreciation to them in an email message if you happen to find their works enjoyable.

'I commend my soul into this ache...'
