Miles Davis

Miles Davis. He is perhaps, next to Louis Armstrong, the greatest jazz trumpeter of all time. Not only is his playing magnificent, but he always has a spectacular supporting cast that plays with him. He's produced albums with John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley, Paul Chambers, Sonny Rollins, Bill Evans, and Herbie Hancock, just to name a few. His albums are all viewed as jazz masterpieces.
