CHOCOLATE FONDUE SUPREME

1 pound bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons rum

In a 2-quart glass bowl, combine chocolate and cream.  Heat in a microwave oven on High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or longer, until mixture is smooth and melted when stirred.  Heat 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer, or until warm throughout.  Stir in rum.  Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
